What do you love most about your job?
I love bringing out the potential in others and helping them maximize it to become the best and most authentic version of themselves they can be. My passion is to help people live their life by design, not let life live them by default.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I went through a massive wellness transformational journey after the birth of my third child. I was given six weeks to live due to the misfortune of being in the hands of an incompetent OB leaving me paralyzed and bedridden for almost a year. I set my intention to find natural healing modalities and techniques to heal myself which I did. I then received training and became certified in many modalities and started my own wellness coaching and practice so I can help others. I have gone through many traumatic and challenging seasons in my life and have not only survived them, but have learned to thrive from them so I truly enjoy coaching other to do the same and help them heal from them as well.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have quite a unique experience being a female executive in a male dominated world of Technology, and in addition being in the wellness, coaching, and healing world. I can truly understand the challenges and pain points of other working women as well as men especially those that work in corporate environments and have the tools and techniques that only take a few minutes at a time to do that will revolutionize and maximize their wellness.

Yes all my services can be done remotely, even the energy healing/reiki services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
There are no changes needed since all services are remote.

I am a certified Life Coach and love helping working professionals handle the chaos of life, family, and anything else that is on their life path to help them navigate and thrive through the chaos.
Holistic Wellness Coaching
I specialize in helping people understand the mind-body-energy connection and learn easy and effective tools and tips that they can use through out the day to prioritize their wellness and their being.
Reiki Healing
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
Mentoring
I have been in the Technology industry for over 25 years and have been a female leader in a male dominated space for all of those years. As such, I have a lot of experience, lessons learned, skills gained, and knowledge that I bring to the table in addition to all my personal traumas that I have not only survived through, but thrived from. I love mentoring and coaching people and allowing them to maximize their potential.
