Life Coaching
Life Coaching is a mentoring relationship, not therapy, that focuses on practical goal setting, life skills and open, honest communication. The ultimate purpose of life coaching is to produce self-awareness and confidence in a teen or young adult so they can achieve their own unique social, academic, professional and other personal goals. I act as a confidant and guide through that process, and also coordinate with parents to help facilitate the growth of their teen, elicit open communication and improve family relationships.
Academic Counseling
As an experienced educator I also lend my services to a variety of academic needs. I can assist in school placement searches, the college admissions process and tutoring options, including SAT/ACT prep.
