Over twenty years ago my family faced a crisis while caring for my grandma with dementia. We searched everywhere for resources and there was nothing to be found. I vowed to myself that I would help as many caregivers and family members as possible and I would coach, educate, advocate and mentor and that is exactly what I have created my career around. During the past 15 years, my business has evolved to center around working with women from all walks of life, not just those that provide care to aging loved ones. This is a passion and my calling and I am grateful every day to work with such diverse clients.
I have coached thousands of women over the past decade and a half. I hold multiple professional licenses and certifications. I have managed multi-million dollar senior care portfolios, and I've learned from great leaders & mentors throughout the years, but at the end of the day, what makes the biggest difference to my clients? My ability to actively listen, my transparency as a coach and an educator, my knowledge base and my empathy are all skills that set me apart. I will commit to be 100% on your side, compassionate, transparent and honest. I will give you timely feedback and ask thought provoking questions. I will be your biggest advocate and cheerleader, BUT, I will also hold you accountable, expect you to show up for yourself and I won't sugarcoat.
