Words cannot describe how grateful and blessed I am to have stumbled across Benita. I came to her when I was at my lowest point, out of all options, and with nowhere to go. I was in so deep, it felt easier to just swim down. By the Grace of the Gods, Benita showed up and completely turned me and my life around. What do you love most about your job?
I receive an immense amount of gratification in my coaching practice because I have a vested interest in the clients that I work with. Coaching allows me to have a front row seat to watch lives change and people blossom as they embrace change and learn their strengths. I have been working with women and caregivers for the past 15 years and I still feel giddy with excitement while I watch my clients transform. I believe that empowered women empower women and it is my calling to help empower women to unpack their dreams and live their biggest life!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Over twenty years ago my family faced a crisis while caring for my grandma with dementia. We searched everywhere for resources and there was nothing to be found. I vowed to myself that I would help as many caregivers and family members as possible and I would coach, educate, advocate and mentor and that is exactly what I have created my career around. During the past 15 years, my business has evolved to center around working with women from all walks of life, not just those that provide care to aging loved ones. This is a passion and my calling and I am grateful every day to work with such diverse clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have coached thousands of women over the past decade and a half. I hold multiple professional licenses and certifications. I have managed multi-million dollar senior care portfolios, and I've learned from great leaders & mentors throughout the years, but at the end of the day, what makes the biggest difference to my clients? My ability to actively listen, my transparency as a coach and an educator, my knowledge base and my empathy are all skills that set me apart. I will commit to be 100% on your side, compassionate, transparent and honest. I will give you timely feedback and ask thought provoking questions. I will be your biggest advocate and cheerleader, BUT, I will also hold you accountable, expect you to show up for yourself and I won't sugarcoat. If sustained change, positive growth, and intentional forward motion is what you are seeking, I will get you results, but you will have to put in the work.

I offer remote coaching sessions so that you are able to enjoy all of the benefits of coaching in the comfort of your own home.
Finding the right coach is imperative to your comfort and success. I want you to unpack your dreams and achieve them, even if that means that you choose to work with somebody else.
