I’ve been working with Pristine Motivational Health 8 since June of this year. She’s challenged me to step out of my comfort zone. She’s suggested various tools and homework assignments to assist with my progress. This was my first time using a therapist and it’s very valuable. I would recommend her services to others. For me personally I like her because she’s local, focuses on clients over 50, and similar religious beliefs. Even though she services people over 50 the doctor has a lot of spunk. I’ve seen some transformation in certain areas of my life. It’s been a very positive experience.

I recommend Brian 100%. In two sessions I was actually challenged to think about what I was saying. I’ve been in on an off therapy for years. Most just listen. They don’t give you the tools to change your mindset.

I am so grateful that Dr. White reached out to me after I inquired about a hypnotherapist on Bark. Dr. White helped me when I was paralyzed with anxiety. The techniques, her understanding and insights have helped me greatly. She is nonjudgmental and her positive attitude gives me a whole outlook on life.
