Taste catering and Chef Toni were awesome. Booked them for my wedding several months in advance, and they were super easy to work with. We had a rough idea on what menu we wanted and they helped us narrow it down. We completely forgot about appetizers for before the dinner and they asked if we wanted them. We had lemon chicken, blacken salmon for dinner and charcuterie cups before hand all of which were super good. Out of the 50 attendees everyone liked the food. They communicated with our wedding planner to make sure they had a place to set up everything well before the day of wedding The day of they showed up plenty early enough to set up. We didn't want our guests going through and serving themselves at a buffet making a mess of everything, so they were willing to do a serviced buffet. Our attendees could bring their plates up and taste catering would plate everything for them. Afterwords they helped pack up any leftovers for us to take home. And out of all of the other caterers we spoke to, they were very reasonably priced, and the easiest to communicate with. Overall an amazing experience to work with them, and I know the venue owner was looking to recommend them in the future aswell.

Mike makes food that is delicious, fresh, creative, and he is flexible to accommodate preferences. The highlight of our meetings really is when lunch comes in! Every bite of every dish is worth savoring, even his vegetables. When you can make folks clamor for the veg (without a pound of butter and a pint of cream) you know you've found a great chef.
