The team arrived early, communicated well, and decorated the serving tables for a beautiful presentation. The variety of dishes they prepared was truly outstanding. I could go on and on…so I will! The charcuterie cups were an absolute delight, beautifully arranged with an assortment of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, and fruit that delighted with every bite. The mini flatbread pizzas were a crowd favorite. The roasted veggie kabobs and chicken skewers were tender and bursting with flavor. And let's not forget the bacon wrapped shrimp - each one was succulent and perfectly cooked, leaving everyone craving for more.
Chef Toni’s attention to detail was in every bit of the hors d'oeuvres. The shaved prime rib sliders were nothing short of extraordinary. The generous portion of prime rib was melt-in-your-mouth tender and complemented by the grilled onions, horseradish, and arugula. The smoked salmon with dill on chive cream cheese crackers was a delightful treat, and the loaded potato cups were a unique and hearty touch of indulgence. The pasta salad cups were a perfectly portioned refreshing addition to the menu.

We have had six lunches catered by Bountiful Basket Catering this year for our monthly meetings and they have all been absolutely delicious. Mike makes food that is delicious, fresh, creative, and he is flexible to accommodate preferences. The highlight of our meetings really is when lunch comes in! Every bite of every dish is worth savoring, even his vegetables. When you can make folks clamor for the veg (without a pound of butter and a pint of cream) you know you've found a great chef.
