What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dishes are Louisiana style inspired cusines like our Authentic Louisiana Style Gumbo, and a mixture of ATL crafted flavors featuring our Famous Seafood Rolls, to name the least.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We let our clients have it their way by letting them customize their own menus, or if they would like suggestions we can also build them a menu.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the reaction I get after the guests eat the meals I’ve prepared. I love the joy it gives and brings.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I realized I spend most of my time cooking in the kitchen which is quite therapeutic for me and brings me much joy. I love what I do, so why not make a living doing it.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
With every catering we always provide hand sanitizer for our clients and their guests. If they require us to wear a mask while serving their event, we do not mind doing so.
