I would highly recommend Arnauds BBQ for your catering needs! I hosted my son's graduation party and was looking for a food truck. Chef Bobby and his crew exceeded my expectations. He worked within my budget and created a menu that impressed my family. His professionalism throughout the process was excellent! What’s your signature dish?
Smoked Brisket and Pull Pork, however all bbq cuisines are my signature dishes. we are able to cook whatever Cuisine you request.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The custome tells me what kind of event they are having and I will make recommendation of dishes to be prepared.
What do you love most about your job?
Satisfying my customers taste buds. By cooking it allows me to use my skills that I am most confident and proficient in. I can futher develope my skills while producing great quality foods. My job also allows me great flexibility and i get to develope my company culture and develop great leaders and future foodtruck owners and caterers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in the food business every since I was 15 years old where i was a night manager of a Drive Inn restaurant in Lawton Oklahoma. I had always dreamed of owning my own restaurant evey since I was a young teenager.

Customers are my number priorty. I have a passion for cooking. I have a great reputation and all my meats are smoke to perfection. I provide great customer service as indicated by references.

Social distancing and monitor and control of crowds. Also constance hand washing among employees. Providing hand sanitizer to customers. Employees wearing face covering among customers.
