This company is owned by Giuseppe Monaco, whose used to work for Red Oven Pizza. So the tradition of those fabulous gluten free pizzas continues on!Giuseppe has catered two of my parties with wild success. His is a very personable southern Italian (the ones who cook the best! forget those Milanese!), and his pizzas are so good that people who usually never eat pizza eat lots of his pizza!He also holds gatherings at the Convivio Center in Little Italy with fabulous dinners and Limoncello classes.Giuseppe is a fabulous cook, not just pizza, but his pizza truck is just the bomb. His prices are reasonable and everyone loves him. Go Giuseppe!

I coordinated a very high-level executive corporate dinner at the Seaside Forum a few days ago with Giuseppe Catering.I could not have asked for a better, more responsive, friendly, or flexible staff for this event. I was lucky to stop by on opening day after waiting for this place to open for a few months. I'm glad I did. The place is small, with a bar. The Russian- American owned Mexican place seemed bigger but it was because the bar occupies a lot of space. This place did fine with the space; there is no real way to go bigger. They have an extensive and tasty looking menu and prices are very decent. I met one of the owners and her service is excellent. She had me try their lentil soup and a garlic and onion sauce. All of them were excellent and added a lot to the flavor. I went basic for my first meal, with a gyro and fries. The gyro was okay but not the best. Greek Chicken makes a larger one, but to be fair, it's also significantly more expensive there. The fries were thin and crispy, but a little bland. Maybe I'll need to try another side next time, and trust me, there WILL be a next time. I'm definitely going to try more of this menu. The food is good, and it's only their first day here, although the owners used to run a similar place in La Jolla. They cater too which is a plus. Nothing like good Mediterranean food in Santee! In fact, until now there WAS nothing like good Mediterranean food in Santee.

This is a great place. The food is unbelievable, the best in San Diego so far. Everything about this place is comforting, from the atmosphere to to food, can't wait to eat there this week again. The mediterranean food is fresh not like other places made days before, fresh that day you can tell by the taste. Go and try it you won't go wrong.

Came in today for a healthy salad today and tried their chicken salad. It was made fresh to order but did not take long to cook. It had tons of green salad, onions, avocado, tomatoes, and great seasoned chicken. I added lemon, salsa and ranch added on top. It was a huge salad with tons of flavor. It was topped with shredded cheddar cheese. It was a great salad for $10. It's a great deal. Added salsa is a must since their salsa is really good. Great healthy, fresh food here!
