So, whether you're ordering our meals for safe delivery to your home or hire us for a catered event, we will do our part not only to stay environmentally aware but also use every precautions recommended by health experts to keep you and your guests safe and protected from covid-19. What’s your signature dish?

We have a unique brand new "no menu" concept that we offer. That's why we have multiple chefs on our roster who are versatile and can create wonderful dishes in a variety of cuisines: American, French, Italian, Mexican, Asian, African and a lot more.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

Our "no menu" concept reinstates freedom in the dining experience:
- For the guests: we remove the stress-inducing decision-making process out the equation by asking our guests 3 simple question: do you have any food allergies? Do you have any dietary restrictions? What are you in the mood for? And that's it!
- For our chefs: they get to unleash their imaginations and the full range of their skills and experience to craft great meals instead of being confined within the boundaries of a limited menu.

What do you love most about your job?

There's nothing more exciting than to create memorable dining experiences for people and see them smile and happy because of the food we made for them and the way we presented it to them. Feeding people well is priceless!

What inspired you to start your own business?

I've been working in the restaurant industry for 25 years. I know the ins and outs of this business; the work and dedication it takes to create long-lasting memories when guests trust you with their dining experience.

Seeing guests struggling with the decision about their meal even after I had answered all their questions was painful. So, most of the time I would take the menus away and ask them 3 simple questions:
- Do you have any food allergies?
- Do you have any dietary restrictions?
- What are you in the mood for today?

With that information, the chef and I would create a 3 or 4 course meal for the guests. With every course that landed in front of them, I would explain the dish in colorful detail.

To see how happy those guests were each time, I figured there was a business model to be created from that. And that's how Surprise Me Kitchen came to exist - the "no menu" experience that might just become the leading model for dining in the the future.

People should choose are service because we're different (yes, I get how cliche that sounds) but here's the thing.
With our "no menu" concept, our mission is founded on 2 core life principles:
* Trust: because we are asking the guests to trust us with their dining experience based on the information they give us. Think of it as the trust game, where you fall back and hope that someone catches you before you hit the ground. That's our play there. Trust us to deliver a stellar dining experience and we won't let your expectations hit the ground.
* Freedom: because we believe the restaurant industry and the dining experience is ripe for reinvention. And asking guests to select limited options on a menu in this day and age is unfair. We change that.
Asking chefs to bear the redundancy of having to make the same items day-in-and-day-out gets boring from a menu that changes sporadically. We change that

And, yes, it's in our name - Surprise Me Kitchen - that's exactly what we want to do...surprise you with wonderful meals by keeping your anticipation high and your excitement elevated, like a kid staring at beautifully wrapped presents on Christmas morning.
