Grace counseling center is the only facility that I know where you can call anytime of the day or weekend and someone answers. It is not a "after hours service " it is one of the counsellors.
Suzanne Sebree has built this amazing center and put all of her heart and soul into the business. Suzanne is also an author as well. Her book is Walking in Grace. I have never read a book that totally shows me such a wonderful upbringing of a family.
I would highly recommend Grace Counseling Inc. They will go the extra mile.

If you're tired of anger, sadness and just feeling down please just take time and let him help. He helped me and I just wish everyone could feel this good! I'm full of confidence, happiness, and hope. I didn't think I needed a life coach. I honestly thought that was bellow me. I was completely wrong.

Counseling for change. I do not believe a person who seeks counseling is broken, nor is it my job to fix you. My job is to come alongside you to assist you in finding a new perspective, develop new skills and to create a place where you can grow and heal. I provide counseling and spiritual direction and we go where you want to go.

This is place is wonderful. Â Everyone was so nice and professional from the doctors, nurses, CNAs, therapists all the way down to the cafeteria workers. Â The physical and occupational therapy is top-notch, couldn't have asked for better care. You don't want to have to go to this place, but if you have major injury that needs rehab, this is the one to go to. I was very impressed by everything. My week and a half stay was comfortable and productive. Highly recommend if you're in need of a rehabilitation hospital in the Denver area.

"Play" has always been where I feel most alive—whether through movement, creativity, or connection. I especially love being outdoors, surrounded by the people I care about. I believe we all crave that sense of freedom and lightness, and I’m passionate about helping others rediscover their own version of play as a path to healing and wholeness. In my work, I primarily use Brainspotting—a powerful, body-based method that allows us to access and process what’s beneath the surface. It’s the most profound and effective healing tool I’ve ever had the privilege of sharing. My background is in working with adults navigating trauma, relationship challenges, addiction, disordered eating, and anxiety or depression. I specialize in trauma and its effects on the nervous system, sense of self, and relationships. Brainspotting is the core of my practice, and I integrate it with parts work and other somatic modalities to support deep, lasting change. I know finding a therapist or coach can feel overwhelming. I bring warmth, humor, and realness to the process—and I’d be honored to support you if it feels like the right fit.
Because of the transitions and changes I've experienced in my own life, I am passionate about empowering others to create the life they want too. Sometimes that starts with simply helping others believe they are worthy of living a beautiful life! Whether it's through coaching or counseling, I have witnessed things that seem truly miraculous: Depression shifting to joy and creativity, insecurity changing to confidence and self-compassion, past trauma losing its grip in someone's life, and so much more. I love my job because even though life can have periods of incredible hardship, I am honored to show my clients what they are capable of.
With a background as a licensed therapist and advanced brainspotting trainings, I specialize in trauma and somatic healing for people who have done a lot of personal work but still feel stuck. My approach goes deeper than mindset and goals coaching. I work directly with the nervous system to process what's unresolved beneath your overwhelm, burnout, or self-sabotage. I don't just help you think differently: I help you feel differently from the inside out. When our inside world changes, our outside world can't help but change.
I am only available remotely because it allows me to help more people with busy schedules or at a distance. Don't worry! Studies suggest that online counseling is just as effective as virtual counseling.
