Affordable Counseling Services is an online portal that provides direct-to-consumer access to mental health services. The online counseling and therapy services are provided through web-based interaction as well as phone and text communication usually about 45 minute sessions. What sets us apart is that we are affordable and we are here to make a better you. We do not accept Insurance because its only $25 a session.

In the process of healing my own Life, I stepped into my role as a healer and counselor. I made it official in 2002 with a Master's in Spiritual Psychology from the reknowned University of Santa Monica.

In my view, a therapist's character is just as crucial as their education. Clients often find me approachable and engaged, with a sincere desire to hear their story. Tracy Dunn is a National Interventionist and an Addiction Coach who has received training at the Crossroads Recovery Coaching Academy of Seattle Washington and The Addiction Academy in Miami Florida. As the daughter of Roger Dunn of the Roger Dunn Golf Stores , Tracy knows all too well the dramatic impact that fame and addiction can have on the family system.

I then work with clients by drawing from modalities known as behavioral therapies (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy), Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, just to name a few.
