My business is a reflection of my own journey…
After graduating from college with a BA in Psychology, I made a drastic decision to travel to India for 6 months. I returned home a different person to say the least (!!!), and decided to change my career path from the traditional Psychology route, to incorporating more holistic practices, in an effort to help myself and others heal more fully. Upon my return, I moved into a local ashram where I lived as a celibate monk for seven years, and eventually received initiation as an ordained priest from my spiritual teacher, Radhanath Swami, best selling author of "The Journey Home". After completing my time at the ashram, I added a few more certifications to my belt and set out to share the Eastern and Western wisdom I’d learned from my teachers over the years.
I now specialize in Somatic Therapy-- with the use of massage, breath work, and meditation, I help clients release repressed emotions and sensations stored within the body, typically brought on by unprocessed trauma. I also offer holistic coaching, in which I work one on one with clients to help them realign with their life purpose, and bridge the gap between mind, body, & spirit.
