My goal is to be the last coach you will ever need. I’ve been in the fitness industry for the last eight years as a Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Online Coach. In (and before) that time, I have seen some crazy things: crash diets, crazy workout trends, juice cleanses, and pills that claim to work like magic. I have seen close friends, family members, and clients spin their wheels and try everything under the sun to reach their health and fitness goals, only to end up right back where they started.

I couldn't recommend Burlington Physical Therapy enough. I have had the fortune of working with Brittney on and off for the past year. Here attention to detail, knowledge and treatment keep me coming back. If your body is in need, do it a favor and give BPT a chance to help it out. You won't regret it.

I have been a client of VASTA for both personal training and physical therapy for many years. They now have massage therapy available. I have visited numerous spas for massages over the years. The massage therapist at VASTA, Kristin “Ginger” Camp, CMT, is one of the best. She is extremely personable so you immediately feel comfortable with her. She is extremely knowledgeable so I can tell her where my pain points and/or discomfort areas are, and she will work them all out. I feel so much better after the massage. My discomfort is gone and I feel extremely relaxed. The massage room is comfortable and relaxing; locker rooms have showers available; and the appointment times are convenient. I would definitely recommend VASTA for all three services: personal training, physical therapy and now massage therapy. Tracey Gauthier.

After leading a sedentary life for decades because I was not a fan of exercise, I decided I needed a change. I liked the concept of one on one training Body Essentials had to offer, so I figured why not give it a try. The hardest part was walking through that door on my first day. I immediately felt comfortable and knew this was the place I needed to be. Christie kept pushing me to do more and more. The stronger I got, the more confident I became. Thanks Christie for pushing me when I doubted myself. You showed me the way to find joy in exercise and how to believe in myself. This journey is just beginning!

VS&F is by far the best sports club and fitness center around! I am greeted by warm friendly faces the moment I walk in to the moment I leave. The front desk is exceptional and the overall staff and fitness instructors go above and beyond to make sure I get the most out of my work out. My personal class favs are Zumba with Peg, Group Power with Sam, Cardio Sport with Chrissy and Yoga with Stephanie!

Body Resolution is a great place to get fit. Their trainers are super friendly and personable, and very approachable. They're committed to building stronger, healthier bodies, but are very down to earth. I love their group classes. They offer a wide variety of classes, from yoga to boot camp and body pump. They are challenging but not intimidating and the community at BR is a positive and uplifting. You will leave each day wanting more!

I never knew I could look forward to going to the gym. I started at MTCF in December after trying a few free classes the month prior. I have been a member of several gyms in the past, but my gym experiences were impersonal. It was go in, do your thing, and get out. I experienced the same in the class environment. The barbell classes or cardio classes I had attended in other gyms weren't didn't care about my safety or even my name. I remember the battle I had with myself getting to the gym, "If I can just get to the parking lot, I know I'll go inside and work out," MTCF is different. Not only do the instructors know my name, other members were welcoming and introduced themselves wanting to get to know me. Not only that, but during a workout, the room is filled with members cheering each other on and celebrating each other's fitness victories. I never have an "I don't want to go to the gym" attitude anymore. I also know that safety is a top priority, which makes me feel secure. You don't have to be a gym rat to fit in or feel intimidated. People of all fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to become stronger, healthier versions of themselves.

Great place to work out! Lots of new equipment, good variety of classes if that's what you like, friendly welcoming atmosphere. The owners, staff and clientele all make this a place you want to be. Top notch personal training, and therapeutic massage complete the experience. Very highly recommended if you want a non-intimidating work out experience that inspires you to keep moving!

I'm new to yoga, but Burlington Yoga is pretty much everything I had thought a yoga studio would be like and more. The space is just beautiful with wide, open floors, great old brick walls, and just enough light to keep the studio from feeling claustrophobic. The floors are spotlessly clean, the temperature is warm and inviting, and they have an ample supply of blocks and straps and other items that a novice like me really appreciates. Over the past few months, I've taken about 10 classes with 3 different teachers at the studio. They have all been wonderful and engaging. I look forward to trying some of the other classes and teachers before I settle into a routine. All three teachers have had unique personalities, and at the same time have all impressed me as being peaceful, welcoming people. Their slight "corrections" have been helpful, and clearly aimed for my level. I'vet felt encouraged, but never least bit pressured during a class. The other students have all been friendly and welcoming. As a 30+ year old guy who had never practiced yoga before this year, I had no idea what to expect. Thus far, all of the other students have been wonderful, offering smiles and nods of encouragement when I look confused or uncertain. Overall, I can't think of a single negative comment, which is rare for me. Burlington Yoga has impressed me. I entered with doubts about yoga, but they have melted away. My only hope is that I find it within myself to make more time for yoga in this coming year.

Close 1-on-1 time with trainers and small groups. They are flexible to work with your daily schedule for class times. Very clean workout area and restrooms. Great tunes while your working out. I'm totally hooked and loving to learn everything about Crossfit! I called and got a free workout when I came in to see the gym and my first month was only $30! This gym is new and growing come down and bring a friend to push each other threw workouts along with the great job Brandon and Corey do already!
