How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I create personalized training programs for all of my clients. I take into account the client's wants/needs, goals, preferences, etc. This allows me to create a structured and scientific approach to helping every client.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There is no secret. Everyone can achieve their health and fitness goals. It takes patience and consistency. Many people scare themselves out of starting because their goals seem too large or unattainable. The best advice I can give is to take it one step at a time. Focus on one workout at a time. After a while, you'll look up and be exactly where you wanted to be. The only way you fail is by never trying.

What do you love most about your job?

I love that I get to help people achieve their goals. What's most exciting is not the physical transformation, but the mental. Helping people achieve their fitness goals can create a mental change that helps them achieve their goals in other areas of life.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I developed a passion for fitness at a young age. Now I have taken that passion and turned it into a business. I never liked how the big chain gyms approached personal training. Most gyms are only concerned with sales, and many of the trainers simply don't care about their clients. That was not the environment I wanted to be in. I chose to take my own path in order to deliver the best experience for my clients.

Everything I do is rooted in science. I don't create cookie-cutter training programs. There is a reason behind everything I have my clients do. My clients can be assured that the program I create for them is specific to all of their wants/needs, goals, preferences, etc. Most importantly, I truly care. I want to change my client's lives.
