Very family friendly and down to earth practice. Dr. Will and Dr. Kirsten are not only your chiropractors but your friends and mentors as well. They offer excellent advice for overall health and wellness. I was so thankful to be referred to their practice after my son, who was only one at the time and myself were in a car accident. I have been going to see them ever since and I always look forward to my next appointment. Dr. Will consistently gives you a reminder phone call the day before your next scheduled appointment. Having been in customer service management for over ten years I know what excellent service looks like and this chiropractic service is the place to go in Grand Junction. You are not just a number when you are there you are a patient and most importantly a friend and they truly care about you!

Been training with Sean and the team for 2 ½ years. I AM NOT an athlete by any stretch, but have gained strength, muscle and confidence to keep trying. I recently even tried the kick class which was so fun. We have a great group of supportive members all encouraging one another. I love that anyone can participate. Neither current fitness status nor age is a limiter. There are always modifications which can be made in the workout. Or, you can get one on one training assistance. Classes are small, socially distanced, and equipment cleaned between every use. The Thursday morning Pilates stretch class is a nice ‘break’ from cardio & lifting too. What’s not to like? !!!

I can't say enough about this class and I want to drag everyone to it even if they are kicking and screaming. If you want to carry you NEED to come!! He does a great job with balancing the legal and mental state of what you need with the actual gun training and handling. Ladies if you are squimish about doing a class like this I can say that he did a great job of helping me at my level. If I did this you can too!! There are a few things that I can say truly changed my life and this is definitely one of them. Ladies and everyone come get some good training from the best of the best.

In a busy area like Grand Junction, the biggest benefit is accountability. You aren't just paying for a workout; you're paying for a professional to ensure your form is perfect and your time isn't wasted on exercises that don't work for your body.
A reputable trainer must be certified. Look for certifications from accredited organizations. The most respected in the US are NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), ACE (American Council on Exercise), ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), and NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association)—particularly the CSCS for athletes.
To keep costs down, consider small group training. By grabbing a few friends and splitting the session fee, you get expert attention for a fraction of the price. Additionally, ask about 'Commit and Save' deals where buying upfront lowers the per-session rate.
