All I can say is WOW!!! Chef Joe is truly one of the best. He is very passionate about his work, has flawless follow through and made sure that our event was perfect. He made everything so easy and stress-free from start to finish. If you need a caterer, this is your guy!!!! He is not only an amazing caterer, but an awesome human being and we WILL be contacting him for our events in the future! Also, his hand-crafted recipes were so delicious and he made sure to follow all of our specifications and added his own experience and recommendations to make sure the food was perfect. 11/10 we recommend! Joe was simply amazing. Such a sweetheart and went way beyond to make our Thanksgiving meal a success. Extremely professional and a gifted chef. He went out of his way to even educate some of us at the gathering on how he made such delicious food.
