What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish is cabbage greens, smothered chicken thighs with homemade cornbread, & key lime pie
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I ask priding questions to make sure I’m using ingredients that fits their tastebuds! I need to know what you’re allergenic too, what you don’t eat, how much you like it, don’t like and anything else particular in mind
What do you love most about your job?
Knowing that my customers love my food and would always come back to try something new on the menu!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve been passionate about cooking since I was knee high! I’ve finally realized that I love knowing people love my food and me also tasting my food and being surprised at how good I’ve done

Clients should choose me because I’m trustworthy, nice, love feedback whether it’s neg or pos, I cater to everyone needs because I don’t want anyone seeing me in a neg light. Plus, if a person can’t trust you making food, they don’t trust you at all!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have took the time to vaccinate myself and my children! I am way more sanitized when preparing foods because cleanliness means everything to me

I serve collard/turnip/mustard greens, neck bones, homemade Mac and cheese, fried chicken, cabbage greens, yams, turnip bottoms, hammocks, you name it

I also serve seafood boils! Crawfish, shrimp, mussels and crablegs by the pound. Lobster tails included!

I serve all chicken from hot wings, bbq, habernaro, sweet and sour, etc. burgers, hot dogs, fries, fried shrimp plates, and more!
