I provide one on one coaching, group coaching and in-person wellness retreats. I focus specifically on the individual who is struggling to find balance, happiness and fulfillment in their lives. I not only get in the trenches with my clients to work through the underlying limiting beliefs, but also help them lock in habits that will lead to sustainability and confidence!

I've worn a lot of hats, including programmer, manager, entrepreneur, instructional designer, teacher, crisis counselor, ex-pat, and father. I help you break overwhelming changes into small, simple steps. I help you design their life's work in a way that is meaningful, sustainable, and in balance with the rest of their life.

I am a Reiki Master & Certified Life Coach, with over 20 years of experience as a human resources professional. My belief is that each of us has a unique set of gifts that is waiting to be unlocked and fulfilled. By identifying and removing energetic blocks, my clients awaken to their purpose and achieve fulfillment in each moment of life. I have more than 25 years of experience in the corporate world. My last position was as a global vice president on a Fortune 500 company. I have coached people through my entire career and have recently achieved my coaching and speaking certification through John Maxwell, the most recognized leadership guru. More importantly, I am passionate about helping people find fresh alternatives to improve their life.

I partner with those who've been knocked down by life who want to bounce back and move forward to a bold life. I coach individuals, groups and businesses who want to build resiliency, plan, set & achieve goals, learn how to survive and thrive amidst change. I work from the premise that all my clients are whole and self-healing. They may be stuck but they are not broken. I create a container for them to explore their relationships and inner life through a systems lens. I teach them about emotional systems as tools to use in building the relationships they want while using their current pain points as trail heads. I coach them into this new way of being, using their own Self energy as our guide.

Choose from a wellness consultation, in-person beautifying spa treatments (infused with), Reiki, one on one life coaching (remote), and/or ask about our online group skin care/wellness series's. All products and wellness modalities available in the store are animal cruelty free.
