I help you break overwhelming changes into small, simple steps. I help you design their life's work in a way that is meaningful, sustainable, and in balance with the rest of their life.

I was working really hard to coach people as a manager within my company. It felt like pushing uphill because a lot of companies don't really want their managers to be coaches and a lot of people are comfortable doing the same thing every day and getting the same results. When I finally accepted this, I realized I would be a lot happier helping people who want to improve their lives.

It was a big change. I had to break it down into small steps. I had to figure out who I was going to help and how I was going to reach them. I had to practice coaching in a new context. I had to create a financial situation where changing from a high-paying tech job wouldn't be a huge risk. I had to learn the ins and outs of running a new business.

And now I help break down big changes for other people.

A lot of coaches, or books, or courses will try to sell you on the one trick to transform your life. The truth is that anything meaningful, especially a new career or business, requires you to learn dozens or hundreds of new skills. Some people are overwhelmed and give up before they even start. For those who begin a big change, it's easy to get lost, trapped in cycles of behavior where you see no progress, and get discouraged.

I will help you see the next step, keep you on course as you take step after step, and accelerate the process until you're getting results. You won't even remember what it was like to feel so lost, discouraged, and critical of yourself.

I usually meet clients for one hour a week on Google Meet or on Zoom.

We check in on how you're doing and follow up on your progress on the last week. I help you define what is working, what's not, why, and how these details relate to the bigger picture of what you want to be.

Each week, I make sure you have a handful of small changes that will build you into the person you want to be. And I send you a summary of the session to help you remember what to focus on.
