In my career I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of people to help them grow spiritually, professionally, and relationally. The coaching model I use is built on a 7 Step framework to assess where you've been, where you want to go, and then creating the path to get you there.

Coaching On Purpose was started after I, a mother of 3, in a professional career for 22 years, felt lost, stuck with "no way out"of a job I loathed but a career I loved, and in turn I couldn't see or define my Life Purpose. Working with a Life Coach and becoming a certified Life Coach gave me clarity of how to use my gifts of listening, of caring, and of wanting to help others in a whole new way.
