I offer one to one coaching services as well as a 12 week coaching program in which you will identify your limiting beliefs, clarify your values, and move forward with a transformative life plan.

Yes, that is how I provide services currently. I started my business on line and offer a curriculum in an online platform that clients who want to go deeper can benefit from alongside the one to one coaching.
I do not meet in person currently. When I offer a live event I will have participants sign that they are not currently and have not been in the 10 days prior to the event covid positive. I welcome those who are not comfortable to social distance and wear a mask.
