What do you love most about your job?

Witnessing the healing, growth and transformation of my clients is extremely fulfilling. I'm so honored to have been called to this path of service to humankind and the world.

What inspired you to start your own business?

It was a gradual transition. Much of the early training and experiences I voraciously sought out was for my own personal growth and empowerment. I was passionate about spirituality, metaphysics and mystical theologies from around the globe. I began assisting friends with their struggles and they told others about the work I do. I eventually made the leap and opened my own full-time practice. My passions became my path. I heard the calling and, when it was time, transitioned from being a person seeking my own healing to a healer, supporting others in their transformational journey.

Why should our clients choose you?

If you want to go deeper in your spiritual growth, live a more balanced, loving and compassionate life, beginning with yourself, I can assist you with this. I've walked the walk and talked the talk. I have a broad knowledge base to assist, including my intuition. I will lovingly care about you and envision your dreams. I am not fooled by the programs or "stories" of who you think you are. I see the true you, which is pure perfection at your core.

Hypnotherapy FAQs

This will vary according to the level of experience and training that the hypnotherapist holds.

Your professional hypnotherapist will be able to advise you on the full range of therapies available and will be able to help you select the best one to suit your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a trusted hypnotherapist today.

Firstly, you'll have a conversation with your therapist to discuss what you hope to achieve and agree on what methods your therapist will use. Afterwards, the hypnotherapist may lead you into a deeply relaxed state using agreed methods to help you towards your goals. For example, suggesting that you don't want to carry out a certain habit gradually bring you out of the trance.

You are fully in control when under hypnosis and don't have to take on the therapist's suggestions if you don't want to. If necessary, you can bring yourself out of the hypnotic state. Most people expect to be put to sleep or to forget what happened afterwards but the opposite is true. You're fully aware the whole time of what is happening.

This is dependent on both your hypnotherapist and your circumstances. One-off services such as smoking cessation or gastric band hypnotherapy can last around two hours, while a general hypnotherapy session will usually take about an hour.

The duration of therapy will really be dependent on your circumstances and issues. Some people may require a longer-term approach with regular weekly sessions. Your hypnotherapist will let you know how many sessions they feel you might need when you start therapy and will be flexible when it comes to decreasing or extending the number of sessions according to your progress and needs.

There are currently no guidelines in place stipulating the training and qualifications a hypnotherapist must have in order to practice. Industry guidelines recommend that individuals should have completed at least an appropriate diploma or have completed a course that involved a minimum of 450 learning hours, of which 120 hours must have been face-to-face.

You may also want to ask for testimonials of their recent work. You could also look at their profile page on Bark and Bark can show you reviews from past customers who have used their hypnotherapy services.

Hypnotherapy has repeatedly and consistently helped patients with a whole host of issues. It can help with anxiety, depression, anxiety, PTSD, obesity, addictions, fear of flying, public speaking, stopping smoking, insomnia, weight loss amongst others. When combined with methods such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), valuable healing work can begin as quickly as one or two sessions.

You might be surprised to hear that hypnotherapy can be delivered remotely over the phone, through an online video chat platform, or with pre-recorded sessions sent by email.
