Working with Dash of Details for my Baby Shower recently was like a breath of fresh air. The experience was the crème de la crème of experiences. I contacted this company 2 and a half weeks before my shower and Rodesha got back to me within 24 hours of my enquiry and it was smooth sailing from there. Let me start with customer service and professionalism. First of all, the customer service at Dash of Details is A1. Rodesha was very respectful, honest and professional in ALL her communications to me. If there was a request that she couldn't fulfill she'd let me know right off the bat that she couldn't. There wasn't a time that I felt she was being sketchy or dishonest and that made me very comfortable working with her. She created a contract and an invoice, set up a virtual meeting and went through everything, line by line with such clarity, there were absolutely no room for misunderstanding or confusion. Timeliness was never an issue with communication and I was very much impressed by that. Rodesha made herself very visible and available to answer any question(s) or concern(s) I had. If she took more than a couple of hour to reply to a message I sent, she immediately apologized and let me know she was caught up doing another event or something and this rarely ever happened. For the short notice I gave her which was basically 2 weeks, she really came through and made my shower a very special lifetime memory. When i walked in and saw the work of art, I wanted to cry. I gave her a vision, told her what i wanted, sent her inspo photos and everything was there when I walked in that night. Mind you, she make suggestions if she believe what you're asking for can be enhanced based on her experience as a event and party planner , just a perfect working relationship. Being pregnant and planning a shower can be very stressful and exhausting but not with Rodesha, she was very easy to work with. She listened, she planned and she delivered. My shower set up was so elegant, warm and unique. I got tons of compliments. Would I work with Rodesha and Dash of Details again? Heck, yes I would recommend this company in a heartbeat to anyone who needs a professional, stress free experience with a Dash of Details.

My husband and I wanted to celebrate two milestone events – our 30th wedding anniversary and my 65th birthday. Fay McArthur, Classic Christian Weddings, LLC was absolutely AMAZING. From the moment I spoke with Fay I knew she was our event planner. Fay is professional, personable, and lovingly passionate about creating “Our Day”. She quickly earned our trust to help plan an event so important and meaningful to us. She has a methodical approach to managing every single detail with commitment as though it were her celebration (and our event was on her Birthday). Fay listened and understood our vision. She was devoted to helping us create a unique event with special touches that reflected our personalities. Fay is creative, flexible, and extremely patient (she also has one of the best laughs that I’ve ever heard!) Her personality exudes confidence and calm; she quickly removes any anxiety. With Fay’s help, our Elegant and FUN event exceeded expectations. I would gladly have another event to have the opportunity and pleasure of working with Fay again. We are grateful that we found Fay McArthur, blessed that she accepted us as clients, and highly appreciative of the care that she gave us. Our hearts are filled with joy!

I just want to say how thankful I am to Rowena and her amazing team for planning and designing our dream wedding! From start to finish, she has made our wedding planning easier than expected. Of course I was still stressed, but she helped me stay calm and cool instead of a bridezilla. We trusted Rowena with her opinions and suggestions and if we wanted to incorporate or change something, she was so flexible and adaptable. Would I recommend her to my family & friends?! Heck yeah!! 100%!! She surprised my husband and I with the design of the whole wedding. My favorite part was the reception. The details were sooo beautiful & til’ this day guests are still complimenting our wedding saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to / “wedding of the year”. I truly believe it was all because of the hard work & meticulous planning Rowena poured her heart into the “BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES”. I cannot thank you enough for everything you & your team has done for us. We love you!!!!!
