We left our little dog with Kat's family for 17 days while we were out of the country and were very pleased. Kat sent us photos by email while we were gone. We were really glad she had other dogs to play with. She made friends with another dog here size that she could run and play with. Kat's family treated her like a member of the family and were sorry to see her go. Our dog sat with her daughter each night as she did her homework.

James was very calm and soft spoken with my dog. He very quickly had the dog paying attention and cooperating with the instructions for sit, down, and stay. I was amazed at how quickly my frisky, playful and easily distracted 5 month old puppy was doing everything James told him to do.
James patiently answered all of my questions and provided suggestions to address puppy behaviors that need to be modified. He showed me how to achieve success with my puppy’s training as we practice together during the following week. I am happy with my decision to hire Standard Training Solutions to help me train my puppy and I am looking forward our next lesson.
Hi, I provide private 1-on-1 dog training for you and your best furry friend here in the bay area. We work and train in your home, in your neighborhood on walks, and at parks in your area so that you can handle them better anywhere. Whether its jumping on people, barking at dogs on walks, pulling, lunging for squirrels, coming when you call them, any of your training needs. I do not use shock collars, I also do not use treats.
I replied to one of Kevin's posts and made an appointment to have him come meet us and Gunner. Gunner is a one year old Bernese Mountain dog. Kevin spent more than an hour with us that first night and showed us several of his techniques, Gunner responded to him immediately. He talked to us about prices and packages (it's different for each dog/family/situation) and he presented us with a really workable plan - both financially and time wise. We've had 3 sessions in addition to the initial one and Gunner has progressed exponentially. He immediately responds and gets in "obedience" mode when we put his collar and leash on, but even without them, he is sitting and staying when someone knocks on the door, he's not rushing and jumping on our guests, and he doesn't walk us, we walk him. I'm excited to see it all come to fruition with a really obedient dog and I'm even applying the techniques to our older cocker spaniel. Now if he can only do something with my 13 year old son!!

I was so impressed with Jocelyn's dog training techniques and the way she handled my naughty frenchie. I had tried a dog trainer before who was very aggressive and wanted to use a prong collar or shock collar! I was so turned off and hesitant to try again, but so glad I did. Jocelyn uses positive reinforcement and was very responsive to all my questions when I would contact her after our meetings. I highly recommend her and beware of people on here who claim to be dog trainers but just use force and hurt our babies!

I rescued 2 pitts from a shelter and they were wild, to say the least, when trying to walk them. After the first session last week, both were walking at my side so much better and not criss-crossing around me. Melissa is a miracle worker! Just had my second session with Melissa and she taught the dogs to stay, come and how to handle aggression on a leash. You don't have to wonder with Melissa. She's kind, patient and really easy to talk to-with the human and the dogs!

Seriously the best training service ever and happens in as little as a week! They explain everything so well and make sure all questions are answered. My favorite part they told me is “we don’t want your dog to change it’s personality” and they never want to scare a dog. Highly recommend them and so thankful they helped my cute pup!

All My Paws
I only do in-home private lessons. I have taught group classes but find that I do not have enough time to properly instruct everyone and spend time with each parent. I teach basic obedience for all ages and do free evaluations. I teach behaviors such as sit, down, stay, leave it, take it, no jumping on guests, loose leash walking and heel. I can design a custom program to meet your needs.
Debbie is literally a dream dog trainer. She comes to your home and saves your life with her training. My little puppy, who is only four months now, can sit, stay, come, look, go down, do off and we're also working on leash training etc. She personalizes each session to the needs of your dog and helps you develop a great bond with your animal. I am SO HAPPY and grateful to have worked with Debbie. She is really helping our naughty puppy behave and the training is fun! We got the five-session package. The bonus with Debbie, is that she is on hand, you can call her or text her with any question whatsoever and she'll get back to you REALLY quickly, making my experience as a first-time dog owner so much easier. It is a true blessing to have a compassionate ally there to help you navigate through some tricky parts of puppy parenthood. Anyway, FIVE STARS to the maximum, a million stars, this woman is amazing and does great work.

I took my 5 month old black English Labrador to Joseph to board him for only one night. WOW! I was amazed what Joseph did in 24 hrs. When I arrive with my Lab Remo, he was so excited and uncontrollable like a puppy normally is. When I picked him up the next day, Remo was a totally different pup. Joseph trained Remo to walk near and close to him without pulling at all and u add ing verbal commands. That was amazing because that was the main issue I had with Remo. Joseph also bathe him 2 times to remove several fleas that Remo picked up in my neighborhood. Joseph is going to be my go to guy whenever I need boarding, training, and advice with Remo. I recommend Hudson's Canine Kennels for your canine needs. Thank you so much Joseph.

Dr. Patrick Melese is a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Behaviorists is based in San Diego and has been seeing patients and their owners in the Southern California area with his Veterinary Behavior Consultants specialty practice for 30 yrs.
My little Rescue dog is like Dennis the Menace. Cute, but very badly behaved. With Dr. Patrick Melese, he has calmed down considerably with the help of some meds and tools I have learned to use. I still need to learn some things to help him, but that's on me. Dr. Pat was recommended by two different vets and I wish I had started the first time he was recommended. But, never too late and we have made incredible strides. Thank you!

We had an introductory meeting with Pete. He was outstanding orienting us as new "dog parents" to caring for and training our 1 1/2 year-old rescue dog and new 4-month old puppy. He provided very helpful written material to read and videos to watch before our next session in two weeks. We cannot speak highly enough of him personally and professionally, and we look forward to working with him in the future!

Jena totally deserves all these 5 star reviews! She is worth her weight in gold! My wire-haired pointing griffon has problems socializing with other dogs. So, anytime the possibility of meeting other dogs comes up, I simply avoid it. But when my daughter got a pup and Ozzie clearly was less than enthused, I panicked. Jena showed me how becoming the leader of our pack could calm both Ozzie and me! Ozzie adored Jena and obeyed her with little prompting...this was eye-opening for me! I learned more in my 3 sessions with Jena than I ever thought I knew from the 30 years I owned dogs! And Ozzie and little Peak, while not outright romping together, are at least social and I have no fears when they are together. I am truly grateful for Jena having come into our lives.

Kayla has helped me with a few of my dogs. One was a pound dog that had major issues. Kayla really helped me so much with managing him, and helping him overcome some fears.
Currently she has helped me so much with my Service Dog who is very opinionated and intelligent. I was having difficulty motivating him to do things he'd rather not do. Now he will go into his crate without issue and will leave my bed or car when I ask.
Kayla uses positive methods and the dogs respond well. I always contact Kayla first when I have a dog issue.

I was in a tough spot when I first called Gina. With very little thought to my travel schedule I jumped at the opportunity to get a new Vizsla puppy. That same weekend I had to travel. She graciously boarded both my 4 year old GSP and the pup. I came home to some well excercised, well mannered dogs. I have used Canine Solutions on many occasions since. I am set at ease when I leave them there. To me, it's priceless to know my dogs are being cared for and having a great time while I'm working. We have plans to follow through with training and hope to have a young "service dog" in no time. I highly recommend Gina and Canine Services!
Developing Dogs Ca

I've owned dogs most of my life. Never had any issue really. I just let them "be dogs." However, last year my daughter brought home a young male Bully Boxer, named him Leo. He had gotten out during a flash thunderstorm, had a leash wrapped around his neck, and was malnourished by about 20 pounds. I already had a large male Lab/Pit mix, Scooby and smaller Dobie mix, Dakota. Things seemed to go well, the first few weeks. Leo had put on some weight, and I hadn't any issues with the dogs being around each other, all the time. Then Leo and Scooby got in a fight over a treat. I broke the fight up, Leo required a vet visit. Things seemed to start to mellow, then they really went at it one day. At that vet visit, again with Leo... the vet said they most likely wouldn't ever get along. He only seen rare cases of success. I asked one of the vet techs, if they knew of anyone, and was referred to Julie. She came over for an in home evaluation, and you could tell immediately she had a connection with dogs. All 3 of them, recognized it and gave her their attention. I arranged for several personal training sessions. Leo adapted well, and I decided to enroll him in one of Julie's classes, helping dogs socialize with other dogs. Learning how to be in the presence of other dogs without going bonkers, learning how to greet other dogs. Learning how to handle the different stimuli in their worlds. You truly learn how to communicate with your dogs, through the training. You learn how to read them, and can often predict their behavior with ample opportunity to react, keep the situation under control. You learn how to develop a relationship with your dogs, that's built on not just love, but trust. They recognize you as the leader, and trust you will give them direction. You'll have much happier dogs, and a lot less stress.

I started training with Kylie about a year ago. I had already done a considerable amount of training on my own with my puppy (6 months at the time), but I needed to practice around other dogs in a controlled environment and I needed someone to point out any minor mistakes I was making. We took a class with her and it was just what I needed. She was there for me when I was frustrated with his adolescent behaviors, she pointed out when I was practicing in patterns that my puppy would figure out or when my body position was affecting his ability to figure something out, and she helped us through any issues we had. We also learned some great new games to help making training practice fun!Now we are in her Canine Good Citizen class and he continues to improve and we continue to learn new games. I can't believe how far we have come! Not only is my pup well behaved, but my pup LOVES his Auntie Kylie!

Professional Dog Training in Los Angeles and the South Bay. Boarding, German Shepherd puppies for sale. AKC quality pups. On Leash and Off Leash, Teach My Dog to Sit, Stay, Heel, Come and House breaking
My dogs have stayed here many times, and it’s always been a great experience. Yesterday during their most recent visit, I got a call that one of my dogs had hurt her paw (which was in NO way their fault). The lady I spoke to (I believe her name was Stephanie but I could be wrong) was genuinely concerned about my dog. She called me right away to tell me what happened and what their plan was. They were ready to take her to the vet asap, but luckily didn’t have to because she took the time to resolve the issue. Today when I picked my dogs up, she spent time speaking to me about the situation, told me some great tips that can help my dog’s paw, and made sure to give my pup some love before we left. I called to update after a vet visit, and once again she sounded like she actually cared about my dog which was a good feeling.
Long story short, this whole experience made me like this place even more, and I will continue to suggest them to others looking for boarding.
Kelly has been great as our new dog walker! She comes three days a week. At 9:30am she arrives, and my dog jumps in her wagon with the rest of his pals. They go to Fort Funston dog beach and frolic around in the sand and water for a while. Around 2:30pm, she drops him off back at home and he's a pooped little pooch. She's been sending pictures and videos that I can see while I'm stuck in my office and it's clear everyone is having a great time. When I get home from work, my dog is tired and best of all happy. Thanks Kelly!
We have a very active 8 month old Alaskan Malamute, McKinley (Mack) and started our training journey with Activated Canine in April of this year. While we are still training and know we will always be working with Mack, we have seen a great transformation in the behaviors of our buddy. From the initial evaluation, we knew that we could entrust our furry family member to Nick and enrolled McKinley in the 4 week Board and Train program. We could not have been more pleased with the results. Since then we have participated in individual and group training sessions. In every case, we have been impressed with Nick’s expertise, his provision of a safe training environment for dogs and owners, his caring nature and ability to connect with both dog and owner, his ability to help us set reasonable progress goals for Mack and us, and his ability to quickly identify problems and provide us with intervention strategies. Nick is always available to help us work through any issues we have as we work with Mack in between training sessions. In every training session, it is clear that Nick loves his work. We would highly recommend Activated Canine.
Mary and George have truly poured themselves and their skills into me as I am trying to train my English Bulldog Stella. I saw HUGE improvements on the first day, even after they left! They not only understand dogs and dog behavior, but they are kind, patient, and so giving of their time in order to help owners help their dogs. I highly recommend Mary Aldridge and George Kitteridge if you need help training your dog, whether it's for basic manners or aggression issues, and I can't wait for Stella to visit Happy Tails! These people know what they are doing! Watch out, Cesar Milan!
Highly recommend! Theresa and Brad are basically Cesar Milan. In 15 minutes, they solved a problem we had been dealing with for over a year! Our 3-year-old, 50 lb greyhound/beagle/boxer mix was terrified of skateboards and would lunge and bark uncontrollably when she saw one. Within 15 minutes of getting to the Venice Beach Skatepark with Theresa and Brad, our pup was surrounded by skateboards and not making a peep! We can't thank them enough
I love this animal hospital. Dr. Sanders is a wonderful, knowledgeable, and compassionate vet. When one of my bearded dragons contracted yellow fungus, I visited several vets in an attempt to figure out what was wrong. He was the one who was able to figure it out. Unfortunately, it was too late for my Thug Firecracker Knievel. He didn't make it. But, now I'm taking my second beardie to Dr. Chris. She has also been very ill, but, is currently in great hands. I have vets who are closer to my home, but the drive is worth it. These people are the best!
Ben really helped us with my 2 year old Westie mix. Having just recently graduated and moving out on my own, my dog Otis was also adapting to his new environment, and was struggling. He was showing some leash aggression towards other dogs, and it was particularly bad at the apartment but was now carrying over into our public outings. We were also struggling to leave him home alone as he would just cry (and scream!) constantly, obviously not okay for apartment living. You would think someone was ripping his little paws off in there! He didn't have separation anxiety like this when we lived at my parents, and we desperately needed help! After our first session with Ben, Otis was doing remarkably better. He wasn't as aggressive towards other dogs, and we now knew how to correct this behavior on our own. He gave us the tools to help Otis unlearn his bad behaviors. And even though I was skeptical of the e-collar at first, I came to find that it is a SAFE effective tool for my pup and is helping us provide clarity to him in our trainings. We are still working on the leaving him alone thing, but Ben did give us plenty of directions on how to fix and we are seeing results!Another thing I was SUPER thankful for: Ben noticed that Otis was having some abnormal throat sensitivity when we working with his collars. He recommended we reach out to the vet to get it checked out, so we are. Additional pluses: Once you are a member of Devotion to Dogs, you are a member forever! You get added to a private Facebook group for his clients and are privy to Ben and his knowledge! He does biweekly live Q&As and often answers questions directly in the group. There are a lot of opportunities to connect with him and other members and train your dogs together. One thing they could work on would probably be follow up. I had to do most of the follow up with DTD to get my invoice issued so I could pay. I also had to reach out to them the afternoon before my second appointment to get information about where it would be, what we would be doing, etc. I do know that DTD is growing FAST and they are working to implement some new software and programs/processes, so I understand things get missed. He does have a great, attentive staff who did help me get these things rather quickly, which was nice.Overall we are very pleased with Ben and his services and are glad to have found an effective trainer who not only knows what he is doing, but also shows the love and compassion he has for his dogs to yours as well. Thank you Ben and everyone at DTD!
Our dogs love it here, they've been to both the Corona and Riverside locations many times. They get so excited when we turn the corner towards camp, they're always greeted enthusiastically by the staff and picked up tired and happy. I love that they run around outside, aren't kenneled and aren't alone overnight. Colt and Cassidy love you guys!
We got our sweet little (maybe not so little) Tallulah from I.C.A.R.E and would highly recommend them. Staff is friendly and helpful while also being thorough and knowledgeable. We already have an older dog and kitten so the ability to have the meet and greet in our home to make sure it was a good fit for everyone was so valuable. Thanks ICARE!
Bryndon coached our labradoodle puppy and did an excellent job! He started when our puppy was 12 weeks and within two sessions had taught or firmed up all of the key commands - sit, down, mat/place, off and more. Our puppy is now 8 months and is extremely well behaved thanks to the training techniques Bryndon instilled.
This is my favorite place to take my dog for grooming. They take wonderful care of her and everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. My dog always looks great when I pick her up and she smells good too.
After researching many trainers in the desert area, I finally decided on Brooke at PS Dog Training She has videos where her work is showcased and she has a “positive reinforcement” method. Having had experience with German Shepherds, one of the most challenging parts of training them, is outsmarting them. They are a task oriented working dog and very intelligent. But, if they don’t receive the right training, they can easily become a nuisance. They are one of the highest number of dogs given up because of bad behaviors. This is sad given what amazing animals and pets they have the potential to be with the right training. I have a busy lifestyle and Brooke comes to our home and trains with us as well as she will come and train individually if I am not home. She has a natural flair for her job and obviously loves what she does. My GSD puppy was immediately drawn to her and with the use of reward (think of it as getting paid for a job well done, rather than bribery) and clicker, she reinforces the behavior we are looking for.I highly recommend finding her videos on YouTube and giving this fine young lady a chance to train your pup!
We heard about Larry from almost everyone we ran into when we got our pup about a year and half ago. We have a Doberman and wanted to make sure he had obedience training. There is a reason most people you run into go to Larry. He's amazing. He not only trains your dog but he also teaches the owners how to train the dog. He makes training focused, fun, and productive. If your dog needs training, dont look anywhere else. Thanks for everything Larry!
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Nikki Esser & OC Service Dogs. Her knowledge and passion shine through so strongly when you see her working a dog, your dog, my dog, and with her “human students”! She is able to connect with the animals and their humans in a way that helps create amazing teams. Whether you are looking for a service dog / program, an obedience program, or a therapy dog program -look no further, you have found the place!
Without Mike I'm not sure if I would have ever been able to gain control of my big aggressive rescue! Mike taught him how to behave on and even off the leash so well I'm still amazed and it's been over 6 months since my dog received his "official" training. Mike truly cares about the dogs and helps educate the owners as well to prevent regression from training. He has a weekly dog beach class that helps check up on the trained pups and keep them socializing with their dog friends! 10/10 would definitely recommend.
Dog training is a must have for any dog owner. Training adds structure which is exactly what a dog wants from their handler.
Me and my wife bit off more than we could chew and ended up with a puppy and a baby. We immediately contact Get it Done Dog training and an assessment was made in a day or two. Nick then took our Aussie this his house for two weeks to make sure that all the training was set it stone. When Chase came back he was a completely different dog. Nick showed me all of his commands and gave us a reference report card. We could also call for any behaviors that we may want to correct in the future.
On top of the excellent training Get it Done also boards dogs. The boarding serves two purposes; a place where you know your dog is well taken care of and will be running around and playing and his training is reinforced during their stay.
This service is priceless and really will add years of companionship with your dog.
Jen is absolutely amazing with animals and with people too! Usually trainers may be good with an animal but just not that great with people. Well Jen takes her positive, animal respect behavioral modification techniques beyond the pet. She also respects the humans and trains us as well so we all learn and get it together as intelligent confident leaders/human companions. We all are speaking the same language respectively, humanely, and positively to our fur buddies with no confusion... Five Stars For Jen and her brilliance and patience.
I cannot express enough gratitude to Donna! She was amazing with our dog. She was very professional yet loving. She was able to calm him and reassure me that he was doing fine. Looking forward to our next visit with this amazing lady and her amazing business.
Bel is incredibly kind and my dog absolutely loves coming to Happy Doggies. Bel shows a lot of love towards the dogs, and it's clear that she has a connection with every dog in her care. All of her staff have been very helpful and kind as well! Definitely recommend, especially given the reasonable prices.
Stacie personifies the name of her training service, Manners Please. Very skillfully loving to her trainees, both two- and four-legged ones. Her instructions are clear and concise. She is well-able to break things down into tiny steps to ensure success with the training. Patient with puppy training, my guy loved her. Patient with my learning ability, I think I love her too.
Depending on your willingness to read an entire review or not, I'll state here at the beginning that what Paulo did to help us with our Great Dane, Kai, was no less than amazing. Best investment in Kai ever, hands down. Nothing but praise for Paulo and his skill as a trainer.
If you are still reading I'll go into more detail. Kai was about 18 months old when we sought out Paulo's help. We had socialized Kai by taking him everywhere with us (that allowed dogs anyway). We know all the restaurants from Jupiter to Ft. Pierce that are dog friendly, where the good dog parks are, which beaches are dog friendly, etc. Kai also went to a doggy daycare at least once a week and always got along great with the other dogs. We went to obedience classes at the pet stores and he did well.
Kai has always been a little fickle about people. He loves kids and most people but on occasion he would bark at someone and shy away from them if they came close. We thought it might be because that person was wearing a hat, or it was dusk, or someone was too tall, etc. Then Kai started to bark and lunge at some of the smaller neighborhood dogs he had grown up with. He wasn't fiercely lunging because we could hold him ok, but it wasn't pretty. We decided to look for an animal behaviorist and trainer to see what they thought of his behavior. I should note that before this we always treated Kai (gave him treats) on our walks and at other times. I think we were spending $100 every couple weeks on treats alone. They had lost their value to him.
We contacted Paulo and Kiley and they came out shortly thereafter. When they came to the door Kai barked loud and long. When they came in he still barked and acted aggressive. Kai is not a small dog at 145 pounds and close to 36" at the shoulder. Paulo was very calm and stood there talking with us as Kai carried on. He told us to let go of him and Kai kept up his barking and got closer. Paulo ignored him and continued to talk to use. A bit later he took a thin leash and made a loop and put it around his neck just to keep him near him and continued talking to us. Within 10 minutes Kai was laying at his feet and being quiet.
Next Paulo took him outside for some one on one time. Kai was a little nervous but followed him. Paulo really has a way with animals. With nothing but the looped lead on Kai, he took him for a walk then when he was well away from us sat down and let Kai decide if he wanted to sit near him or stand. He sat. We could see them in the distance but not hear them and I think they must have had a good chat. He walked Kai back and Kai was happy and walking well with him.
Next we saw one of the dogs that Kai had been acting out against. We took him out and Paulo watched his reaction. When we went inside to talk some more he said that Kai was not aggressive but showing nervousness. We talked some more and decided to sign up for 6 lessons from Paulo.
I won't go into total detail on the training but after the six lessons (and we took them and our homework seriously) Kai was a different dog. He was happier, very obedient, excellent with people no matter how tall or if they were wearing hat wearing. He was excellent with other dogs he previously had issues with, and we were much more confident in taking him places again.
To say we were pleased would be a gross understatement. In our minds it was nothing short of a miracle. Paulo discussed with us where our concerns were, what our expectations were, and helped develop a training plan that hit everything we wanted. We continue to work with Kai daily and it only gets better and better. Kai is a much happier puppy and we are much happier puppy owners!
I highly, thoroughly, and completely recommend training by Paulo. It is by far the best investment we have ever made and would bet you would agree too. I'm (obviously) on Facebook and Kai (and our other pets) have a page here as well (Kiwi, Kai, Layla, and friends). If you want more information about Paulo and PCF-K9 training, send me a message or post on my wall. I don't guarantee that I won't write even more than this back ;-)
Thank you Paulo for making Kai the best puppy ever! Layla is next, good luck with that one!
Dwain and his team at It's a Dog's Life care for your pets as their own. I never worry a bit about my dog Nelson when I am away because I know I can count on Dwain and his team. And Nelson loves them too!
I can't stress enough the difference Malory has made with our dog Shoopuff.
The night I enlisted the help of Zoe's Dog Training I was ripping out my hair, unable to deal with the umpteenth time an accident had happened on our bed. Training was made SO much harder by the fact she doesn't like food - even dinner is a struggle. Our previous group training sessions with other trainers had failed miserably, we had been told she might not be trainable. I loved the dog, but I didn't love her inability to listen. Malory met us within the week to begin work.
It's now been a little over two months and I swear we have a different dog now. She listens, she likes tricks, she tells us when we need things. Hell, she even takes treats and gets excited for dinner time now. I've learned so much about her - that she has jaw/teeth sensitivity and that's why she's not a fan of most food or toys, that she learns best by watching other dogs, and that she's actually very smart she's just not confident. Guests at our home are constantly noting the difference in Shoopuff and ask us how we did it.
After every session with Malory I feel like we've made more progress, that both Shoopuff and I have learned and progressed in our relationship. Malory will frequently bring her dog Nova to utilize social learning with Shoopuff, or Bonsai when we're trying to get Shoopuff used to being around more energetic dogs. The customization to our dog and her needs has been a godsend, leading us to a place where we can finally be proud of our dog.
Ultimate K-9 Training in Desert Hot Springs did an amazing job. Our German Shepherd was aggressive towards people and other dogs. She also loved to pull every time we walked her. My kids were sad, but really wanted to keep her. Adrian and his team corrected all the bad behavior, and she is now a fantastically trained family dog. He is definitely the best dog trainer in the Palm Springs and surrounding areas; highly recommend it!

I have a French Bulldog Alfie who is very strong willed. I was having a tough time training him. Jack came over. He taught him how to walk correctly right by my side, no pulling, no barking at other dogs. We walk now every day and it's completely enjoyable. Alfie was also having a problem barking at house guests that came to the door. Jack took care of that in the first hour of meeting him. I also love that anytime I have a problem with my puppy he is willing to help. I just got a new puppy and I will definitely be using Jack's help again
Becca first arrived to help my setter mix with some biting issues. It became clear he was going to be a difficult case. She rearranged her schedule to meet our needs and was available when ever episodes happened. After 5 sessions Orson now is a lot calmer and we are able to play on the floor with my son without the fear of getting bitten. Becca was able to provide some great tips and tricks to help us maintain a well behaved puppy.
Our Husky was boarded at Kind K9 Training during our vacation. I never once worried about her and knew she was in good hands . I appreciated all the communication and loved knowing my husky was enjoying her time there with all the activities . I absolutely recommend Kind K9 Training !
I was very pleased at the adoption process and all the volunteers made it so easy. I am now blessed with a new little dog named Cara. I changed it from Clara to Cara. Love her to pieces. Thank you all for the excellent work you do to save these beautiful animals. God bless you all. Theresa Zeigler
Diana is fantastic with our dog - and she looks forward to her outing with Busy Bodies Dog Walking! Diana is very professional and communicates well! I highly recommend Busy Bodies for anyone who wants their furry companions to have fun outings and walks!
Wish I could give more than five stars. We scheduled another successful week long stay for our senior French bulldog. Boy was she happy to see Mark and his pack again... His pups are all so well behaved and socialized she instantly becomes part of their Big Dog House family. I think she has far more fun when we're gone!!! A Big Dog House is much more than your average doggy day care service, its doggy day care on steroids. With regular updates, attention to special dietary needs, one on one personal care and not to mention the pick up/drop off service it makes leaving the country stress free. Mark is most definitely our go to guy!
We love Melissa from Bark to Basics! After losing his sister, my pup started getting major anxiety. Melissa has been a life saver! We are only 5 months into the training and my dog has already had his medication cut in half, his anxiety is way down and he will finally relax in his crate while we are away. Melissa has helped me understand my pup which helps me help him. She's given me great advice as well. I would highly recommend her and Bark to Basics to anyone.
Honestly the best place for your pets! The staff is always nice and attentive as soon as you walk in the place. You never have to wait long, and at all times they are there guiding you so your pet can be looked at ASAP and get his room to be looked at. Megan was such an awsome help and was on top of everything. The veterinarian was also awsome smiling and took her time to look at my dog. Love this place will never take my dogs anywhere else. The price is also fair compare to other places I have been too.
My family and I absolutely love this daycare! The staff is very caring and my kids feel safe here. They drive my kids to and from school every day with no problems! Ever! We have been coming here for many years now. Seeing some of these reviews is really sad because I'm sure they are not telling the whole truth! This daycare deserves more stars than what they have. I'd recommend this daycare to any parent. Security camaras in every room which is very comforting, not that I wouldn't trust the teachers anyways! They are awesome! They also have a security guard by the front door at nights. Can never be too safe right!? The director is sweet and always informative. The daycare feels very organized. I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is! Give it a try and you won't be disappointed.
My girlfriend and I asked David to help us train our jack russell and he did an incredible job. David gave us the tools to help our dog feel like he has a purpose and the new increased mental stimulation has had a very positive effect in a short period of time.David really took the time to get to know us as owners and was able to explain things to us in a way that has been simple and easily repeatable on our own. We would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a happier and healthier dog. Just a pleasure to work with.

Ashley and her services were exactly what we were looking for with our dogs Violet and Rigby!
We rescued Violet at about 8 months old, and Rigby at 8 years old, and both came to us with a few behavioral problems and lacking manners. It took us a while to find a trainer that we felt comfortable with, who could also help us get the results we wanted.
Ashley met with us initially for a free consultation which was great because it took us a while to find a trainer we clicked with, and having to pay for multiple 1 hour sessions with different trainers just to decide they weren't right for us was getting expensive and frustrating. We really appreciated that she was willing to come out and talk with us and meet the dogs and listen to our goals and concerns without charging us any fee.
We knew right away after meeting Ashley that she was the trainer for us! She takes a no-nonsense attitude and won't let the dogs get away with anything! She taught us multiple ways to communicate with our dogs, as well as how to set limits and enforce them. With her help our dogs have made great strides in their behavior, and after every session we see improvements!
Violet used to bark uncontrollably at any sound she would hear outside, and now she listens to us when we tell her to stop! She has also learned to master the down stay even with distractions and has become a much nicer dog when we have guests over! We have also gotten the hang of loose leash walking and "heel". Another nice thing is that Ashley will bring out one of her dogs to help us work with dog-to-dog interactions!
Ashley is efficient and creative with her training practices and understanding and patient with her clients as well. She will work with your schedule and within your comfort zone to reach your dog training goals!
We are excited about the progress we've seen and enjoy working with Ashley! The dogs took to her right away and look forward to our training sessions too!

Caroline, the owner of Sirius K9 Academy is an Expert Dog trainer who has been training dog owners for over 28 years! From beginning to advanced training, and specialty classes like agility, search and protection training this is definitely someone you should go to in order to get the absolute best training possible for your favorite pup large or small! I started going to Caroline's classes in 2006 and have had excellent results!
We got our precious pup from this organization a year ago and I love how Frank, the owner, always remembers or dog and she certainly remembers him. He did a few training classes with her and he does pack walks regularly. Great organization and people!
Called for information on certification for a service dog. He gave me awesome info that has saved me a lot of money and he knew every piece of info that I would have not known had I not called. I let him know I was going to train at a different facility but after speaking with him I found no matter wher I go it would be a waste of money and time. Even at his facility.
I wanted to take a minute and comment on the excellent training and the wonderful support I have gotten from Beverly. I used her puppy training services a year or so ago but I still have questions every once in a while. Beverly always makes timefor me and provides solutions based on her years of experience that get right to the core of my problem. I was happy to work with her in the past and very pleased with the results and certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
Shannon is very experienced and passionate about dog training. She was willing to meet me and teach me at all hours as well as making herself available for my questions in between. She absolutely loves teaching clients more about their dogs and grows a bond with each animal she interacts with. Her knowledge and passion really stand out for me as a client in comparison with other trainers.
Ellie is awesome! Our dog Buddy looks forward to giving his brain a workout as he learns new behaviors. She makes it fun for both him and us. He is really becoming a great dog much in part to her training and suggestions. Thanks, Ellie!
