What do you love most about your job?
It’s extremely rewarding to be able to help people and better the quality of life for dogs and owners through strengthening their bond and improving communication.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business after seeing how many larger training companies lost quality of training through hiring multiple trainers with different methods, taking more dogs then they can handle, and failing to pay attention to important details due to disorganization. I want to do better by dogs.

You should choose K9Kickstart to begin your training journey with your dog due to our passion what we do. This company was started with the interest of improving the quality of life for dogs and owners alike and to help prevent dogs from ending up in shelters or on the streets.

Board and Train
Our board and train program has several different options. We have a 4 or 6 week program and a choice of on- or off-leash training. These programs consist of the skills “sit”, “down”, “wait”, “come”, as well as crate training. Your pup will also go on daily outings to work on neutrality around other pets, people, and other exciting distractions. Each progam is manicured to fit each dog’s individual needs, therefore services are subject to minor changes to ensure the best outcome for each dog.
Board/Daycare
We provide boarding as well for our clients, whether it be for just the day or several nights! Unlike your average boarding facilty, your dog will be staying in a home environment and will participate in our daily outings. Good manners will be reinforced, and although boarding dogs do not recieve formal training, we can guarantee your dog will come home better behaved!
Private Lesson
Private lessons are recommended for dogs who have completed our board and train program and want to maintain the level of skills they’ve aquired. Its one thing to go to class and pass every test, but if you go on summer break and party the whole time you wont retain that knowledge! Private lessons can also help to expand on skills that have been already taught, or be a great introduction to our board and train program! Lessons invlove owner and dog to ensure each party fully understands concepts
