It's brings great concern when your partner who you've been with for 3 years starts acting different, staying out late than he used to, texting frequently even though he's a terrible texter even taking calls in private, I'd have to be stupid to not suspect anything right? But I endured it all still. I had a great experience with Alphak9life. They are highly knowledgeable and I felt so comfortable boarding my new puppy with them for puppy training. Before training with Alphak9life, I wasn’t even able to walk her on a leash properly. Every walk felt like a disaster and I felt like I had no control over my dog. My puppy, Mochi, returned home seeming like a whole new, well-mannered dog. I have an American Akita, a large breed banned in many states and often known as an “aggressive dog breed”, however I receive plenty of compliments about how well behaved she is. So many strangers have told me that she is the friendliest Akita they have ever met. My dogs have stayed here many times, and it’s always been a great experience. Yesterday during their most recent visit, I got a call that one of my dogs had hurt her paw (which was in NO way their fault). The lady I spoke to (I believe her name was Stephanie but I could be wrong) was genuinely concerned about my dog. She called me right away to tell me what happened and what their plan was. They were ready to take her to the vet asap, but luckily didn’t have to because she took the time to resolve the issue. Today when I picked my dogs up, she spent time speaking to me about the situation, told me some great tips that can help my dog’s paw, and made sure to give my pup some love before we left. I called to update after a vet visit, and once again she sounded like she actually cared about my dog which was a good feeling.
Long story short, this whole experience made me like this place even more, and I will continue to suggest them to others looking for boarding.
