Raul is a wizard with dogs! Every penny I spent was worth it. He can take an aggressive, untrained stray and turn him into a home friendly loving pet. I would recommend him to anybody.

I used Buddy Paws and was with Raul. Raul is awesome. Truly. I struggled for sometime to find a dog trainer for my elder dog who is 8yrs old and by some a caution dog being an American Bully as well as my dog never been to training. I went to and contacted a few. They all stated 3/6 weeks and your dog would be brand new. I met with Raul from Buddy Paws who insisted I bring my dog panda with me. At this meeting Raul took ahold of Panda and it was like he knew him and from there Raul broke down his plan and exceptions and I just felt that was the best course because it was realistic. Raul was able to start immediately and the cost made sense as well. I set for 3weeks train and board and I was provided with video updates everyday on the progress. I can say I was impressed by how Raul worked as this was my dog's 1st time. He was even dropped off by Raul at the end and we were given a hand off training. I used these skills and was super elated. I was successfully able to place an undersocialized rescue dog with a loving adoptive family because of the training she went through with Raul. The poor pup had been locked in a side yard for the entirety of her formative years; she was fearful and would become aggressive with strangers. Milo my dog is a boxer, he would run after small animals and bark at people. When Milo went for walks he was all over. My dad has Parkinson's and I wanted him trained to stay by my dad's side and not run after other animals. Raul and his family did a great awesome job!!!!! When MILO came home he was a new well behaved dog!! Milo stays by my dad's side on walks while my dad pushes his walker. He doesn't chase or bark at other animals or dogs and he gets along with other dogs!! I would recommend this company. I'll start by saying I came across Buddy Paws while looking for Boarding &Training for my 8yrs old American Bully. I got a lot of referrals and visited who claimed I'll have a brand new dog after 3weeks. I came across Raul and met him with my dog at his place and he took charge at the meet of my dog. I was impressed. I liked Raul approached and what he can and can't deliver and also the price. Raul came to my home and picked up my dog. Told me what to prepare. Same day I get a video of training and everyday after videos of the training and I'm beyond proud. Yes my dog stop socializing since Covid and he got into incident with another dog there and Raul explained what happened and why and this was after 3weeks cuz I extended my dog stay because of how well he was doing. Minor incident which I thought would've happened the 1st week. However Raul reassured me and I was ok with it. Raul treats your dog(child) like one of his own and I really appreciate that and when I need assistance or advice or boarding I will be seeing Raul again. Super awesome family and Dog Trainer!! We couldn't be happier with the job that Raul did with our beloved Marcie. Extremely professional from beginning to the end of the board and train program. He made our dog part of his family and loved her throughout the process. He sent update videos throughout the week showing her progress. It was very obvious that our puppy grew to love his wife and kids and shows the level of care that he takes with each of his trainees. I'm so happy that I found this place! i Rescued a dog, and needed a help to get him to normal life because I've never had a big dog before ,especially from the shelter. So I found "Buddy Paws". The dog was energized, jumping and biting. Was really bad with a leash, was super exited for everything and didn't know how to operate his energy. After two weeks of training I came over to visit him, and i saw really huge difference! The dog was more calm ,listening,walking on the leash better. didn't jump on me. Also ,I took him for a little walk, and some neighbor's dog were really barking at us and I was shocked how he just ignored it! That's a really great result for two weeks! The most important thing that is family owned. While dog on the training ,he is also experiencing life with family , getting to know how to behave in the house and be social which is very important. This place is the best for caring, trusting, compassionate and loving like their own child i am impressed at the well taken care of my dog Mickey as my dog is super picky and i wasnt sure if he would get along, it was a perfect match and i am so glad I found Raul to care for my dog mickey. i will definitely leave mickey in his care soon and in glad there is people out there who still care and treat animals with love and protection. thank you guys at buddy paws made me leave my dog with such ease and relaxation. We left our Shepard with Raul for 2 weeks while we were away on vacation. He sent us pictures and videos whenever we asked about our dog and we were glad to see our baby so happy even when he wasn’t with us.
What do you love most about your job?
I have alwayd loved working with animals and it is very rewarding to be able to help people build bonds with their fur babies. Buddy Paws offer a lot of help for people who needs training or people who dont have a lot of time for their dog to walk or play.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My name is Raul Martinez . I started off taking care of the CBP dogs and went of learning the training of dogs. I went to Mount Sac College to study the Horse property Management.

I make sure we kept a 6ft distance and I got myself and my family vaccinated from covid19. I kept a clean environment and disinfectant daily to kill all bacteria and viruses.
