I am going to attempt to write this review without crying! Arthur Collis you are amazing at what you do and a true blessing. I must admit I was nervous as you know but that technique/ exercise you did to bring my anxiety down was astonishing. I couldn't believe how light, limber set free heart non racing I was amazed! I smoked since I was 14 years old and I will be 50 in 2 weeks. I was convinced I couldn't be helped! My entire family, children, mother, sister and aunt could not believe it. I feel free liberty, at peace, I sound different, look and feel healthier. My skin and the dark circles under my eyes are gone I lost 10 pounds in one week and ran up the steps for the first time in years. As you know my cigarette habit came with other bad unhealthy habits, couldn't smoke without a coke, sweet tea or tons of sugar in my coffee. I slept for two days after our session no more waking up tired or low energy! I drink water all day ....yes me lol water ! I owe you my life , no more wheezing my endurance is back! Not to mentioned all the money I will say but must important I can enjoy my children and they have their back and better than ever! I feel renewed and look forward to the next half of my life and journey! Blessings to you and all you do! To my miracle worker :-)
