I offer two primary services: traditional psychotherapy and shamanic therapy. Both of these services assist issues like depression, anxiety, relationships, and life coaching. The difference is only in approach. For those that are drawn towards a more traditional approach, psychotherapy may be the most comfortable way to move forward. Shamanic Therapy might be a better fit for those who would enjoy a spiritually assisted modality.
Your mental health is important. How you experience your world and cope with your feelings, influences every part of you. It impacts who you are, how you interact with others, and what you do. Every person deserves a place where they can share their most challenging experiences, cope with their feelings, and feel empowered to live life. This therapy practice was formed to provide a space for people of all ages and backgrounds to begin their paths to self-improvement.
I provide community-based therapeutic and life skills support to teens and young adults who don’t want a traditional therapy experience (I.e. sitting in an office). I lean heavily on nature-based venues, coffee shops, and client homes to access heart-to-heart conversations in contexts where life actually happens.
