I offer two primary services: traditional psychotherapy and shamanic therapy. Both of these services assist issues like depression, anxiety, relationships, and life coaching. The difference is only in approach. For those that are drawn towards a more traditional approach, psychotherapy may be the most comfortable way to move forward. Shamanic Therapy might be a better fit for those who would enjoy a spiritually assisted modality.
