Own where you are, decide where you want to go, and let's get you there! The best tools in the world will NOT work unless you 1. Develop the skills to use them 2.you actually USE THEM! Anxiety, depression, poor habits, anger issues, loss of direction, and relationship issues, all start with your inability to manage your emotions (nervous system). Emotion management is my expertise, it is the doorway to self-trust, love, and worthiness. The latter is the root for most self-inflicted issues (aka everything mentioned above from Anxiety to Relationship issues). You are here because you finally dared to admit that things are not working. You also must have (even a glance of ) the belief that things CAN get better (you wouldn't be here otherwise). I have been helping people just like you close this gap between what they want and what they have. My work is unique, it is deep and it goes straight to the core BUT it is NOT for everyone, therefore I like to schedule a free 15 minutes conversation to make sure that I am the right person for you. If you are really ready to change things around reach out and let's do this. Peace, Elinor

What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing people opening up, completely changing! I love a-ha moments, I love when people no longer fear what they use to fear, I love the physical changes that follow the inner changes, the weight loss, the career changes, money earned, relationship changes. I love how effortless it feels for me to do it. I love the feedback from my clients and I love when they introduce me to others, I feel like I am dreaming sometimes.

I heard an interview once with Bruce Springsteen where he said that he still can't believe that he gets paid s much to do what he loves and would be doing for free, I feel the same.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The realization that I have been already doing it my whole life and that life is too short to do anything other than what you were created to do. Everything I preach I practiced first.

Why should our clients choose you?

There is no one that does what I do, as far as I know, I encourage you to look up my social media posts and if it resonates with you, we must be a good match. I never look at the symptoms (poor relationship, overweight, anxiety, depression, poor habits, etc.) and always treat the root of the problem so the symptoms resolve themselves. I use tools from a wide range of sources from Neuroscience through quantum physics and NLP to Buddhism, kabbalah, and ancient yogic teachings.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes! I use zoom. My clients get a link to my calendar, they schedule the best time for them. Once they do, they receive a link to use to join the session via zoom.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I work remotely so I don't need to worry about it. I did offer a few free group sessions to help my clients deal with the stress that comes with the unknown.

Counselling FAQs

Expand all

Your expert Counselor will be able to advise you on the full range of services available and will be able to advise on what is most suitable. Use Bark to get free quotes and schedule an appointment today.

At your appointment, you will be encouraged to talk about your feelings and emotions with a trained Counselor who will listen and support you without judging or criticising.
The therapist can help you gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought processes and find your own solutions to problems. However, they will not usually give advice or tell you what to do. The Counselor might sum up what they understand you have been saying so that they can help you to form a plan of action.

Counseling can take place in a number of ways. These include:

  • Face to face session

  • Group session

  • Phone session

  • Email session

  • Online through live chat services or video conferencing software

You may be offered a single session of Counseling, a short course of sessions over a few weeks or months or a longer course that lasts for several months or years.

It can take a number of sessions before you start to see progress but you should gradually start to feel better with the help and support of your Counselor.

You can be confident that any of the Bark local Counselors listed will give you a reliable and efficient service to help you feel better.

You could look for Counselors that are accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA) which means that they have met the PSA’s required professional standards to practise.

Before you choose a Counselor, you could read testimonials and read details of the issues they can help with on their website.

You could also look at their profile page on Bark and check out reviews from past customers too.

Counseling can help with many issues. These include the following:

  • Mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety or eating disorders.

  • Physical health conditions such as infertility.

  • Difficult life events such as a bereavement, a relationship breakdown or work-related stress.

  • Dealing with difficult emotions such as low self-esteem or anger.

  • Sexual identity issues.

  • Divorce.

  • Redundancy and work issues.

  • Phobias and fears.

Absolutely! Many Counselors provide their services remotely via an online video call or the telephone. Not only is it more convenient, but it's also the preferable option for many people who would feel more comfortable holding the session from the comfort of their own home.
