I have the sampler platter from this place all the time for lunch. You get some spaghetti, fettuccine alfredo, and lasagna all on one plate for a really good price. And if you've never had their garlic bread sticks, you could make a meal out of them alone. Word to the wise though, do not tilt the to-go containers on their side or all of it will end up in a pile on your floorboard.

Seriously one of the BEST milk tea I've ever tried! I'm from Houston and I've had a lot of boba! Really excellent quality, they use organic milk and creamer and you can tell the flavors are authentic versus being from a powder or mix like 99% of milk teas.I got the Milky Way (Thai Tea) and it was perfect at 50% sweetness. All natural and some of the best Thai tea I've had. I've tried to replicate my own Thai Tea at home because I'm tired of the process version and my Thai Tea doesn't even come close Really good!

To give you a little background, my father Tommy Brown had his BBQ pit running all the time. He would do a few competitions here and there, but he just loved to cook for anyone and everyone. Every weekend friends and family would gather, sometimes a couple and other times many, set around the fire and eat BBQ and have a beer or two or… many, but what I loved about it was how new strangers got to be old friends and the love that was given there. No one was to be excluded and everyone was welcome. Unfortunately, we lost my dad in 2012, but his recipes are being kept alive and the love for people and gathering by myself and my family, hoping to bring as much joy to you as he did in Cross Plains, TX where everyone knew Tommy Brown by name.
The name Triple B’s Smokehouse is a common question. What does it mean? What does it stand for? Well, Triple B’s does have a meaning behind it. My late brothers name was Billy Buck Brown. We lost him in 1993 and his dream was to own his own ranch and call it Triple B’s Ranch. I have carried that with me for years, thinking that if I ever own something with real significance, I would give it that name to give partial life of a dream that could never be fulfilled.

With the help of a good friend and my family to bring this dream to life, our goal is to bring you Big Texas Flavor at an affordable price and create an atmosphere as close to family gatherings as possible. I can’t tell you how much this means to me and my family that you are here and enjoying the food we have prepared for you.
