May or may not have forced them to do that. :) My mother in law asked me to make all the food for a graduation party for my BIL about 30 years ago & people loved the food. We provide some of the very best service & food in the business. My core staff & I have all been together for years which is very rare for the food industry. They are amazing & always go above & beyond.
We only accept one party per day & only one wedding per week. If it's a large event then we won't schedule another event that week. We want to make sure you have our full attention & every client will have my cell phone. We don;t keep normal business hours. If you need me you can reach me.
