Brittany Baldwin is a superb Home Chef. She has prepared our meals weekly and catered private parties for us during the past four years. She sends us a five page menu at the beginning of each week with a wide variety of choices. In addition, she will prepare anything off the menu that tickles your fancy. One of us frequently does that.
Recently, she catered a party for us and that is where she really excels. She worked closely with us to select a menu full of tasty delights. She did all the preparation on site and served the food with elegance, good cheer and in a professional manner. It was a delight to hear our guests rave about the food. Brittany was patient with our indecisions and smoothly executed exactly what was planned. She exudes a calm confidence, much good cheer, treats guests with a pleasant respect and when needed, tries to cater to a guest's unexpected health-related food needs.
If we could, we would give Brittany 10 stars. She is the best and we highly recommend her.

We had an annual company gathering last week. With a last minute idea to have something cold and sweet for the hot day, we began searching for a scoop cart that could accommodate us with only two days to plan. Pat was very responsive and kind even though our request was in conflict with other events that she was hosting that day - she made it work and we are very thankful for her service-with-a-smile! When she heard how difficult it was for us to choose just two flavors (the menu... oh, how that selection makes your mouth water), she worked her magic to let us pick four flavors! We only had a party of about 35 people so the price per person was a little higher than what it could have been if we had a larger group. We enjoyed Pat and Mita's Italian Ice at our daughter's wedding June 20. Pat was fantastic to work with, her ice flavors are phenomenal and the 200 guests were serviced very well. It was a hot day and her ice stood up to the heat. Everyone raved about the flavors and cute cart. She not only served nice scoops for everyone, but had "sundaes" after dinner with all the toppings. I wanted to give each person, whether a big job or a small jb, the opportunity to have their special event as they envision it. Sometimes I can help them create that vision when asked to do so. Lots of freedom in operating your own business.
Not only am I very attentive and responsive to my clients, I take pride in the services I provide, at a price-point they can afford. I have my own small ware, decor and linens, so there is no reason to have to rent, as we bundle things to meet their needs.
I can do event planning and coordination remotely, but any catering, requires at a minimum, delivery of the food.
I try to set up foods do they are individually plated or skewered, or I try to have staff available to assist in dishing things up off a buffet line. We use gloves and masks are always available along with shields should they be requested. Single use drinkware is the chosen option when practical.
