The food was fantastic, the charcuterie board was amazing. We received many complements from our guests! Phil did a great job of adjusting to changes in our guest list (we started out at 50 but ended up having to increase to 70. ) We didn’t need them to stay and serve, but they showed up at the end and helped tremendously with packaging leftovers and cleanup. We had Philip cater for my sister's surprise 30th birthday luncheon. He presented the dishes to the guests briefly yet gracefully. While we were dining, he refilled the appetizers/ salad as needed, plated the desserts, and started on the lattes. Philip has an easy smile, and casual and friendly presence --the guests enjoyed chatting with him. He even stayed afterwards and cleaned up the kitchen (that was a pleasant surprise) ! I did nothing but watch Philip weave the Italian meats, cheeses, fruits and veggies together to feed 20+ friends.
What’s your signature dish?
I can't choose one but I can say that I have a favorite in each catagory.
Out of the appetizers I can't get enough of the sun-dried tomato pesto crotini, out of the main dishes the cheesy Chicken Alfreddo, and out of the desserts the creamy Madagascar Vanilla Panna Cotta!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Communication is key! As each client has different needs and wants we are attendant to hear and understand how we can serve them best. Once we get all the intel we need we are hard at work to create timeless favorites that will make it a memorable experience!
What do you love most about your job?
Serving people. There is something priceless to when you see the joy that my effort brings to people that goes beyond my passion of making food and being artistic.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've wanted to open a catering business for a while. After completing Oregon Culinary Institute, I've had a growing desire to open a catering business and serving people directly and bringing to joy along to their homes, gatherings and meetings. As I love Italian Cuisine, I choose that would be my primary focus and began to experiment with various dishes. After catering for the first time for a close friends party, I was reasured that I should go ahead and open a catering business. Since then I havent looked back and am excited for whats to come!

While we mostly cater locally (within 50miles) we can cater to locations outside of the region for an additional cost.
