We hired Lavonne as an event coordinator for our company picnic--She does more than catering! Lavonne was always fast to respond and very professional. Our picnic was pretty involved with >500 attendees and many changes in the planning stages. Lavonne was very detail oriented and went out of her way to do extra things to save us money, even if it meant more effort on her part. She was super flexible and handled all the changes we made with a smile. She even attended and worked the picnic for us. The picnic turned out great; she did a fabulous job!

Awesome food! Get the three meat combo, it will feed two with plenty to take home! The sauces are fabulous and served on the side. Brisket was super tender with a nice charred crust. Pulled pork is tender and not overly soupy with little charred bits, great. The pork spareribs are plastic fork tender. Come eat here, you will not regret it.
