What inspired you to start your own business?

Cooking for 6 palates for 20 years and learning alot along the way to delicious flavors any allergy accomodated. Gluten, Vegan, Plant-based, Flex-atarian, Keto-friendly eaters in my home as I travelled and sold medical stuff to the Functional Medical world across the nation.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We are maxxed out on current vaccinations, we work in a commissary rental kitchen public health inspected and licensed. We wear masks. We take our temperatures. We have underlying health conditions and no customers enter our kitchen.

If acceptable we place our appetizers in bamboo cones on stands, individual containers for picking up and walking around your event while eating, skewers in stands or platters. Soup cauldron for ladling out hot goodness. Chafing dishes for easy serving and walking away from the group of people.
