Dana put together multiple options for us to choose from, from the little information I provided, and everything we chose was delicious. She was great at communicating and responding to my questions quickly. She was able to make the small space we had for her work, and she created meany of the dishes on site. She even baked fresh chocolate chip cookies! She is kind, thoughtful and organized. Very professional. I would recommend her to friends & colleagues, and we will definitely be using her again. Details are very important as well as arranging for guests with allergies, vegetarian or vegan options, and finding the right number of dishes and variety to create a delicious and appealing menu. When I cook for myself, I usually start with what looks best in the market and begin planning around the freshest and most seasonal produce I can find. This approach works well when designing menus for clients as well.
