What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish Entrana Caracol - skirt steak serve with enchilada mole and refried beans and Adelita's Pulp - Crispy octopus, brussels sprouts, pico de gallo, chorizo, avocado cream, habanero aioli.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
To assure the client has perfect menu;-
- firstly, identifying the type of cuisine,
- what they prefer hor's d'ouvres package, buffet package including drinks or only food?
- Then after selection scheduling menu tasting.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact to see the client happy and guest enjoying our cuisine in
which many effort and prepare with passion for the special occasion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My mom and I went through violence domestic abuse and it
was through the kitchen when we were cooking was that happy
place. We stood up to inspire other women that it is possible
to overcome obstacle and trauma we go through.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
- All our staff are fully vaccinated and proof would be provided to our
client before the event or dropped-off catering.
- Staff are constantly washing hands and placing hand sanitizer.
- All equipment are disinfected before and after use.
