Chef Pearson and his waitstaff Completely exceeded my expectations. The portions were perfect, the food was exquisitely prepared and carefully plated. The variety of dishes were a hit with my entire team and we were left happy and full. They arrived on time, were extremely professional and as soon as they got there Chef Pearson, Lucas and Alex, who were a part of his wait staff, got to work! We went outside to allow them to get settled. Our drink orders were taken and our glasses stayed fresh and full! All the while, the two wait staff continuously came outside to bring delicious and perfectly prepared hors d’oeuvres. Lucas and Alex were extremely attentive without being intrusive and had wonderful personalities. We had an incredible evening, a big thanks to chef Jeffrey and his team!!! We were hosting a party of 10 for a birthday dinner, chef Jeffrey prepared 4 passed hor d'oeuvres and a 5 course dinner. Everything was fantastic, from service to food presentation and delicious servings. Our favorite hor d'oeuvres were the Ahi Poke and the Ricotta Crostini. My favorite dinner course had to be the handmade pappardelle - the herbs used were to perfection! As well as the main course Petit Fillet Mignon- just melted soon as it hit your mouth. Chef Jeffery is an amazing personal chef. We looked through the personal chef profiles and really checked out his background and pricing. It was all listed online. Very easy to find tons of sample menus and pictures on his website too! When we got a quote and spoke to him it was very straightforward and easy. He went above and beyond to ensure our fathers birthday party was excellent. His service staff attended to our every need. And most importantly his food was delicious and well presented. We hired Jeffrey and his staff for my wife’s 40th birthday celebration. We could not have been more impressed and satisfied. They were incredibly unobtrusive and efficient. They arrived at our rental vacation home one hour before the meal was set to start and started exactly on time. . Each course was better than the next and truly spectacular. The quality and taste of the food was unparalleled. We had planned the dinner together ahead of time based on some food preferences that my wife had given, but then chef Jeffrey wove those ideas into a perfectly executed multi course extravaganza. We we’re able to sit back and relax, enjoy each other a company- as if we were at a five star restaurant, while sitting in the comfort of our own home. Jeffrey and his crew also had the entire kitchen clean within a half hour of the meal finishing so that dreaded part of preparing a home dinner was a non factor. I can’t say enough good things about Chef Jeffrey and his team. I contacted Jeffrey with a very last minute request for a memorable surprise birthday dinner for my son. Somehow, from a quick conversation, he was able to accommodate us and put together a phenomenal menu that highlighted all of our favorite dishes. Chef Jeffrey and his team arrived exactly on time although we are quite far from NY. I had already set the table but Luis and Kenny put the finishing touches on the set up and without any fuss Jeffrey got to work in the kitchen. Just an hour later, as scheduled, we all sat down and started an amazing seven course dinner that was prepared and served to perfection! Luis and Kenny were attentive but not intrusive, every need or request was met quickly and graciously. Each course was divine-Chef was on point and every guest was in awe of how delicious everything was. We have been blessed to eat at some of the best restaurants around the world and this meal was comparable to anything we’ve had before. When we were done, Chef and his team cleaned up and left so quickly we hardly even noticed. They left my kitchen cleaner than they found it for sure! Lastly, although this is the first time I’ve worked with Chef Jeffrey and he is clearly extremely talented , I found him to be very sweet and humble and easy to work with; his primary concern was the quality of our experience. Chef Jeffrey is easy to work with. I could tell from his pictures and reviews he is a seasoned chef. I also checked out his website pictures, bio etc. I knew prior to contacting him he was the real deal. But when he spoke to me about the high end private dining experience he would deliver I was impressed. Then when he actually delivered beyond anything I could have expected we were all blown away! Chef Jeffrey amazed us again with another amazing night of delicious dishes and beautiful presentations. Starting with two of our favs Ahi Poke Tuna on his black rice cracker. ..and Ricotta Crostini with honey and garden fresh lavender and pear. The second course was amazing....this simple sounding salad with spring mix lettuce paper thin radish and carrots soaked in the most delicious white balsamic vinaigrette. Our main course were braised short ribs surrounded by another favorite Horseradish Parsnip potato puree. Our desert did not disappoint which was a Rhubarb custard cake... My family hired Chef Jeffrey and his team for a special birthday dinner for our parents and IT. WAS. AMAZING! We had 4 passed apps followed by a 5 course meal. It was so fun to watch Chef Jeffrey create each dish and hear what ingredients/techniques he used. Chef prepared everything from tuna poke on homemade rice crackers to pulled pork to perfectly cooked salmon finished off with the most delicious strawberry shortcake, all in the comfort of our home. If your looking for a chef’s table dining experience look no further then JP Fine Foods. Jeffery is a bit of an eccentric but what artist isn’t. His passed hors d’oeuvres were all quite tasty. The main dishes weren’t typically small so make sure you bring your appetite. We also enjoyed the drink package which included bourbon lemonade that was tailored to our delicious summer menu.
