Chef Scott was superb! I can be very indecisive with my choices but he was extremely patient and worked with me to get the perfect menu for my week vacation. The food was spectacular and I would 100% have him cater any of my events in the future. While the food was amazing, the best part was his personal touch. I hired Scott for my birthday and had the best experience. He made Mexican food and it was truly amazing. He started off with fresh guacamole, tortilla cups, then made mushroom tacos, Mexican rice, and vegetables for us. He also prepared a queso and a fresh hot sauce for us. Chef Scott cooked a private, 4 course dinner for my bachelorette party in the Poconos this past weekend. He prepared a fig and cheese appetizer, spinach salad, steak, mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, and apple strudel - every single bite was unbelievably delicious. Scott himself was a great addition to our evening, allowing our conversation to flow, but also participating at just the right moments. He willingly shared many of his experiences as a chef, which helped us to appreciate his artwork even further. Chef Scott was amazing! So nice & friendly, our group enjoyed hanging with him in the kitchen! We used him for my bachelorette party and it was the perfect way to kick off our weekend in the Poconos. He prepared a delicious cheese appetizer to snack on while he cooked our main course. We had a grilled chicken strawberry spinach salad as our first course, skirt steak (my favorite!), roasted potatoes & roasted veggies & ended the meal with the most outrageous homemade chocolate truffles for dessert. Chef Scott was the highlight of our Valentine's weekend. We were celebrating our friends 12 yrs Anniversary. The food was GREAT! ! Our menu consisted of salad, red snapper,steak,roasted potatoes and green beans. Everything was so fresh and seasoned to die for. Chef Scott did such a wonderful job. He catered to everyone needs. From serving food to champagne pouring. This was our first experience with a personal chef, and Chef Scott made it a lasting one. His presentation was phenomenal. We had such an awesome experience with Scott and Cuisine Inspirations for our New Year's Eve dinner in the Poconos. Scott was attentive, quick to reply, creative, flexible, super helpful (willing to pick up additional groceries for us), and, most importantly, the food was DE. LIC.IOUS. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By getting dietary parameters, the type of event and theme, and additional information. Our goal is to create the best, most-memorable experience possible and we work closely with each client until the client is 100% confident with our solution(s)!
What do you love most about your job?
We love working directly with new clients every week and creating custom solutions that fit their exact dietary restrictions, needs, ideas, event theme, etc.! The joy we receive from delivering an event where we can make people happy through food cannot be compared! Many of our clients become family so we are making life-long connections!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We love food and have direct and indirect experience with medically-restricted diets, health conditions, and the impact that foods have on physical, emotional and mental health. These experiences have shown us that there are people every day who are in need of some type of food help or direction. We also understand the power that food has to create lasting memories, and we want to help create some of those memories!
As our tag-line states, our overall mission is to 'educate, entertain and INSPIRE' each of our clients!

We are a small family-based business with over 40 years of cooking experience. We also have direct and indirect experience with special diets, medical conditions, and entertaining needs. We work directly with each client to create the perfect solution, while keeping the client's budget in mind.
We also believe in transparency; there are no hidden fees, costs or taxes. The price we quote is the final price you will pay.

Since we customize each service to the needs of the client this is a very difficult question to provide a global answer to. Contact us for more information concerning online/remote services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our chef had contracted the Covid-19 virus, and is fully vaccinated. That being said, we will gladly mask upon any client's request. The sanitary practices that we have followed from the beginning have been in line with (or greater than) general Covid-19 recommended protocols, so we haven't changed anything. We will, however, work with any client who has specific sanitation and hygiene requests.
Personal Chef Service: Weekly or Biweekly
Our standard Personal Chef service provides either weekly or biweekly meals to you and your family. We work directly with each client to ensure we are preparing and providing meals that are customized to the client's family's dietary needs.
Our specialty is working with clients on special diets, whether medically-necessary or by choice.
Special Event Service
Looking for a one-time solution for your special event? Our Special Event service is for you!
Bachelor/bachelorette party? Family reunion? Birthday? Small wedding? Holiday party? If it's an event with less than 40 guests we can provide a solution customized to your specific situation, theme, dietary parameters and space!
We have conducted over 100 events, ranging from an Intimate Dinner for Two to multiple-day weddings and get-togethers!
In-Home Cooking Lessons
Do you wish you could cut food like your favorite celebrity chef? Are there any ingredients or cuisines you are afraid to prepare because you don't even know where to start? Does the simple act of walking into your kitchen give you anxiety? Do you struggle with answering the daily "What's for Dinner?" question and avoid looking at any clocks because the time to make dinner keeps running out?
Our custom designed In-Home Cooking Classes can help with these challenges and many more! We will come to your home and show you how to use the tools and equipment you already have to comfortably overcome all of your kitchen and entertaining fears!
You can also turn it into a special evening; invite some friends, add some snacks and some wine and make it a memorable event!
