CAB's catered our family reunion, and we have some picky eaters! The food wasn't just good, it was amazing! Everyone loved all the dishes, but have to recommend the Chicken Cordon Bleu and the Banana Pudding!! Chef Doug was amazing! He quickly put together a wonderful menu to help us celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. The food satisfied everyone, ages 3-80, which is huge accomplishment. We had plenty of leftovers, which were just as tasty the next day. Chef Doug was prompt and professional and I would highly recommend him for any event!

I surprised my husband with the "Night in New England" class. We are big cooks at home, and have been dying to try Wild Thyme. We were thrilled with the set-up and explanation of the fish we were about to prepare. I was expecting more of a step-by-step class where we did every step, but it was more social, moving around and talking with other attendees. We drank wine and made new friends while we took part in different parts of the prep work, followed by a delicious meal. It was such a fun experience and we've been talking about it to everyone we know. Our family is planning on coming to visit from NC this summer to take a class with us! We can't wait to go back! Darea & Friends Catering are amazing. They catered my daughter’s wedding and I could not have asked for a better experience. In the planning stage they allowed for us to make custom menu that asked for a couple of strange requests. There was no questioning they just did it! The day of wedding the staff arrived and got right to work. The food was spectacular and the entire staff was cheerful, on task and just a joy to have around.
