I see what is missing in the market and good food is hard to come by. Not only good food though. Great service seems to be just as hard to find. we are in a time where customer service is not what it used to be, and i want to change that. i want my customers to know i have their questions answered and i will give them a great experience from start to finish. If my staff is in your home, it is our job to take care of you and make sure the stress of having an event is non existent.

Our wedding planner recommended Matt and his team for our home based wedding. My husband is a chef and we did not want the average wedding food. Matt customized our menu to include a Philly twist to our passed appetizers-cheesesteak egg rolls, Philly pretzel bites in beer cheese, Stromboli, and shrimp dumplings. That was just the pregame. Matt then prepared an incredible Chilean Seabass and Beef tenderloin. The food was absolutely delicious. People are still asking me for his information a week after our wedding. Chef Leon was such a great person to meet and his wife as well!
He responded quickly to my view, even though he was busy. Which I really appreciated and we scheduled a time to discuss everything and times that would work for both of us. His customer service is on point! And his communicating to your questions is very prompt as well. As for the food, it was absolutely AAAAmazing!!! We gave him our budget and people who would be attending our picnic for CHG IT team members. My husband Mike works for the company CHG and they are always living by their "Putting People First" moto. Which is the best, because they make sure that team members have that awesome work life balance and can enjoy work activities, while bringing their families as well. So we gave him to the budget and he made so many different types of dishes, just smaller because it about 20 people. He had shrimp po-boys, that my husband loved, as did others. absolutely loved them. We had many leftovers and they cdid not go to waste! The buffet style set-up also consisted of his famous "Hungry man" salad filled with so much taste in one salad. I would highly recommend this. We had delicious bratwursts, homemade potato salad, homemade mac n' cheese which was simple amazing, hot dogs for the kids, amazing sliders( 2 different kinds), yummy baked beans, sodas, waters, gatorades, capri-sun and some other kids drinks as well and last but not least, one of my favs, his amazingly delicious dessert jars. We asked for 8 banana pudding and 8 oreo cookies and cream desserts and they come in cut little mason jars that you can take home if you have no room left for dessert or just want to be greedy and take more for later, LOL! But trust me you will! i will conclude with the way Chef Leon from the start, had wonderful customer service, prompt at responses, super polite and accommodating and his fantastic food that you can tell he puts his heart and soul into that soul food. He was very professional and a lot of fun and I would definitely use him again and I suggest you try out his business. You will be happy you did! Special thanks to Chef Leon and his beautiful wife Diamond for making our picnic "One of the best picnics that the team has ever had in the company" and that is a direct quote.
