What’s your signature dish?
I have many! Some of my favorites include my tuna nachos, braised short ribs, smoked prime rib or poached halibut!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I make the process as easy as possible for the my clients. Once I get an idea on what type of foods you like to eat, what type of elevation you would like & what your budget is, I begin creating dishes that you’ll be sure to enjoy!
What do you love most about your job?
I love that food doesn’t lie, & has the ability to express itself. If you’re having a bad day & you taste a dish made with love, you’ll be happy instantly! Also I love how food brings people together!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in multiple restaurants, where I made a dish & guests would walk into the kitchen asking for the chef that made the dish. I realized how talented I was & that the world needed this!

My services are in person only. I’m currently located in south Florida, however guests do have the option to fly me out to cook for them!
