Found out they charge extra money for food when you do not pay cash. They do NOT tell you this. It is ILLEGAL to charge you if you use a debit card. Poor ethics, food was warm at best. meat was cold. Working with Marci and Street Food Catering was effortless, easy and efficient. I appreciated the fact that the listing online included a local address, not “multiple”. She and her company made themselves available to answer my questions through phone and online services. In fact, when I had a question concerning a separate event that they would not be catering, she took the time to answer my questions and even offer budget information. Truly unselfish and equally generous.
As for the food that was catered at my event, it was delivered on time. Packaged as discussed, everything disposable and marked including serving and eating utensils.
The food itself was still hot, or cold as the case may be. And, delicious!

Absolutely the WORST customer service in Florida. A simple refund request (the soda fountain wasn’t working for the diet soda and no one there apparently knew about how to change the tank) caused one to employee to roll her eyes, talk to me like a child, and then fail to give me the proper refund for a $2. 98 soda. I questioned her math and she snaps at me! Another customer at the counter tells her she’s wrong as well and she storms off. Then “manger” Bridget comes over with our order and proceeds to lecture me and never so much as says sorry nor puts our food down. Her concern? She says she’s afraid I’ll leave a bad review!! Wow!! Fed up with these out of touch fools I tell her just to go ahead and refund our entire purchase as I’m not patronizing a place that treats people like idiots. Then another “manager” points a finger at me and yells using a f-bomb. This in front of customers and staff! .Was in last night (friday)for what I consider my usual.I order 10 mexican style steak tacos.I have been making this order for years. It started out about 20 bucks.I thought that was a good deal considering how tasty they were.Last nights order?$54.00.And when I inquire as to the price difference,I am told its a surcharge and other things I have never heard of.I cannot beleive the treatment I received after asking this question.My order didnt come out for almost an hour and my friends order didnt come out at all.On top of that,I now have explosive diahhrea.So you can imagine that from here on I will be bad mouthing this place in the ground and will NEVER return again.Good luck with your demise.Because if this is how your treating the people that keep your doors open....You are done!BUH BYE More...

Tias is such a underrated spot with good authentic food! I was visiting from Indiana and had the best experience at the restaurant. Today is single tomorrow and Thursday Thursday at the same time they normally have $1.50 tacos on Monday & Thursday... I work at an apartment complex for people 65 and older. .. I gathered over $300 from the residents (on fixed income) because they wanted their tacos for the holiday...

I get to the restaurant only to find out that because of the holiday they are not doing the special.. Wouldn't that be the time to have the special??? So now I have to disappoint over 30 people!!!

Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. Best tacos I’ve had in Central Florida. Still manages to feel like one of those little hidden gems despite knowing how many people know about this place. If you haven’t tried it, you need to. I can’t wait to go back and try some different menu items. Saw some recent comments about prices — if you compare this place to Taco Bell then sure yeah, I guess it’s comparatively pricey. 🤣 I happen to enjoy good food and not garbage however. Portion sizes are excellent. Can’t imagine anyone leaving hungry. Saw some comments about disposable plates and utensils, too. Who gives a horse’s patootie? Not this guy! used to be fantastic . Just left spending $62 bucks. food came out way to fast, streetcorn was cold, then my meal came cool, and later my sons order came. Combo fajita (upcharge $6.99)with little to no beef, shrimp or chicken. loaded with bell peppers. also served on paper plates with the cheapest of plastic utensils. Hair in the food and prices on menu are higher than stated .. don’t look like pride was taken when preparing the meals.. very disappointed.. I will not be coming back .. also the end of the iceberg lettuce the stem was in my small salad on my plate .. not cool .. I don’t know who taught the kitchen how to present plates but I would advice that they take a refresher course .. and please update your menu .. the manager did give me a free quesadilla for the trouble .. thank you .
