What’s your signature dish?

I love Italian cooking. A dish that I enjoy that I put on one of my menus is "The Italian Job" Its a Pan Seared Airline Chicken Breast with Topped with a Truffle herb butter with Linguini Pasta tossed in a garlic cream sauce, topped with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese, grated mushrooms and micro greens drizzled with truffle oil. Served with Grilled Asparagus.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

I like to listen to my clients and understand what they enjoy, what they like to eat, favorite the of cuisine. Then I like to hear what kind of food they imagine at their event. Then I will give my advice and recommendations to those selection.

What do you love most about your job?

Creating something amazing for my clients and teaching my team new techniques and new foods. I love cooking for people and bringing out the best of them from food.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Im tired of the cooperate scene. I tired of being told what to cook and how to cook. I want to do my own thing and I want people to enjoy my food and my dishes, Also this is a family business and I want to enjoy this with my family and my daughter. This is going to give me the opportunity to spend more time with my family and do what I love

Why should our clients choose you?

Why not? We are a small catering company starting out. If I didn't believe in what my team and I can do I would have never consider starting my company. I am a caterer that will do everything in my power to make sure everything is perfect, the food, the experience. At the end of the day I want to see the smile on your face. I will never argue with my clients or tell them they are wrong.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Hand washing, we will wear mask during all catering events and we are onto of cleanliness and hand washing at all times. We use restaurant grade sanitizer that are design for covid 19. The safety of our clients and my team is my number 1 concern.

It is important to know the following before deciding on a catering company:

  • Event Specialists - Many caterers handle certain types of events on a regular basis, such as weddings and corporate events.

  • Different cuisines - Caterers might specialise in different kinds of cuisine. Some caterers may provide a fine dining experience while others excel at barbecues that suit company picnics.

  • Special requirements - If you have special requirements for the food or a specific menu in mind make sure your caterer is happy to meet those requirements.

  • Venue - Your gathering might be taking place at someone’s home, a venue or outdoors. It can be helpful if your caterer has worked at the venue before.

  • Tastings - Ask for a tasting to make sure the food is of a high standard. Most caterers will prepare one for you at no charge, allowing you to assess the quality of their cooking before you hire them.
