What do you love most about your job?
It is an honor and a pleasure to create the working relationships I have with my clients and to be a source of help and support on this unpredictable journey we call life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After gain in valuable experience working in inpatient, intensive outpatient, and outpatient facilities I decided to start my own business so that I may give more individualized and personalized treatment and time to the clients I serve.

I believe it is essential to tailor therapy to the individual needs of each of my clients. I am incredibly passionate about the work I do and am truly dedicated toward helping people create happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated and request that all clients seeking in person services also be fully vaccinated. Further the office is fully sanitized and cleaned daily.
Therapy
I provided individual psychotherapy for a wide variety of psychological disorders, with specialties in the treatment of Eating disorders, Anxiety disorders, and Mood disorders. My therapeutic style is eclectic with a focus on cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic and person centered techniques.
