Bridgeways Counseling offers relationship transitions counseling for adults transitioning from being single to marriage, marriage to divorce or parent to empty nester. Utilizing a cognitive behavioral and mindfulness approach to manage anxiety, stress, grief, depression and low self-esteem as it relates to relationship transitions.
I am an individual, couple, and family therapist in Fort Collins. I use a combination of evidence based therapy with individuals, couples, and families to create a safe environment to work towards holistic well-being. I believe a holistic, systemic approach best approaches meeting individual mental, emotional, spiritual, relational, physical needs in the context of their relationships.
