Abby has been such a lifesaver! I found her through WAG! and have been using her services for a couple of weeks now. Most importantly, my two pups (Mizzle and Pumpernickel) absolutely love her hour-long daily walks. She is warm, friendly, makes sure to communicate about how the pups are doing and if she needs to change the schedule for any reason. I've always felt respected by her, and she was open to hearing feedback about the neurotic way in which I like the leashes to be hung by the door! It's all about the little things. ;)I would recommend her services to anyone on the Westside.

This is a WONDERFUL and clean facility. The staff is friendly and eager to help. When you first walk in, they ask how you and your pet is doing. My sister and I brought in our pet turtle, and the front desk staff told us a little about the vet we would be seeing. We didn't have to wait at all, and almost everyone else in the waiting area was taken to a room within 10 minutes of entering.Dr. Goldman answered all our questions and gave us all the advice we need. He was kind enough to lend us towels and a bin for our turtle to sleep in. The price was also a great deal. Normally an antibiotic shot and check-up for a red-slider turtle would run around $65, but it was only $55 at VCA. Parking is available in the back of the building, but there are meters right out front.
